Exercise 1: Create a Simple Presentation


Task: Create a presentation on the topic “My School Life”
Steps:

1. Open MS PowerPoint and create a Blank Presentation.


2. On the Title Slide, add:
 Title: My School Life
 Subtitle: Prepared by [Your Name]
3. Insert 3–5 new slides with the following content:
 Slide 2: About My School – Include text and a picture of your college.
 Slide 3: My Friends & Activities – Add a bulleted list and insert 2–3 pictures.
 Slide 4: Events & Festivals – Insert a SmartArt or table showing events.
 Slide 5: My Goals – Add text and insert a shape (star or banner).

Exercise 2: Formatting and Design

Task: Apply basic design and formatting.


Steps:

1. Apply a Design Theme (from the Design tab).


2. Use Slide Transitions (e.g., Fade, Push).
3. Apply Animations to text or images.
4. Use Header & Footer to insert date, slide number, and footer text (“[Link]. (IT) Practical”).
