Activity
With the knowledge acquired in the course, answer the following questions:
1. Prepare a report on user rights.
• Access to the service: those in accordance with the provisions

to the provision of the respective service and those arising from
regulations issued by the competent authorities.
No abuse of dominant position: according to articles 11, 34 and 133
According to Law 142 of 1994, companies must refrain from abusing

No abuse of the right: the rights arising from the
public service contract, may not be exercised with the intention
to cause harm to the other contracting party nor for a purpose other than
designated by the regulations.
• Information and transparency: subscribers or users will be able to
request and obtain complete, accurate, and timely information about all
the direct and indirect activities and operations carried out to
the provision of public services, as long as it does not involve
information classified as secret or reserved by law and complied with
the requirements and conditions established by the Superintendency of
Household Public Services in accordance with the provisions of the
number 14, article 9 of Law 142 of 1994. They shall have the right,

maintenance, rewinding, repair, assembly, connections and
command of all types of electric transformers, motors
electric, electric generators and electrical installation equipment
and accessories for industrial electronic instrumentation.
ClassTe-3Electrical Maintenance Technician: To the technicians
electricians who carry out the study applied to the operation and
maintenance of electrical installations and electronic accessories
industrial, related to instrumentation, drives and
control of machines, equipment and mechanical, hydraulic or devices
tires.
Class Te-4 Industrial Electricity Technician: To the technicians
electricians who carry out the study applied to manufacturing,
construction and assembly of: Electric transformers, motors
electric, electric generators, batteries, electrical equipment and
electronic measurement, protection, operation, control accessories
["automatic","interrupt","signaling","speed variation"]
reactive compensation, relay devices; also for
capped substations, meter cabinets, panels of
protection and distribution of electrical circuits, high and low cells
tension, motor control centers, control panels
electrical, signaling, cabinets and special electrical controls.
Class Te-5 Electrical Networks Technician: To the electrical technicians
that carry out the study applied to construction, assembly,
connection, maneuvering, and maintenance of overhead electrical networks and
underground, electrical distribution substations and the equipment
protection, measure, electrical control and electronic accessories
associates; as well as electrical equipment and electronic accessories of
small power plants.
ClassTe-6 Technician in special electrical installations: To the
electrician technicians who carry out the applied study to the

assembly, connection, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment
for special installations, such as appliances, park
["automotive","aircraft","vessels","telecommunications","telephony"]
closed-circuit television, alarms, antennas, centers of
computation, etc.
Auxiliary class of electrical engineers:
To the people who carry out the implementation of activities and
work related to the study and applications of
electricity for which exercise requires direction, coordination and
responsibility of electrical engineers.
