CHECK IN/OUT TIME

Our check-in time is 12:00 PM & check-out time is 10:00 AM, respectively.

EARLY ARRIVALS

Early Check-in and Late Check-out facility is provided on an additional charge and is strictly subject to availability.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

Government regulations require all guests to carry a proof of identity at the time of check-in.

The proof of identity can either be the guest's driving license, passport, Voter ID card & Aadhar card for Indian residents
and a passport for foreign nationals.

We do not accept a Pan Card.

EARLY DEPARTURES

There will be hotel charges for early departure. You can be assessed an early departure fee if you choose to depart
earlier. You will be prompted to confirm your departure date when you check in. Before the end of your arrival day, if your
rate plan permits it; you might be allowed to change your departure date without incurring a fee.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children up to 2 years only stay free in parent's room. Children aged 02 to 09 years will be charged. Above 09 Years will
Charge as an Extra person.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rooms Bookings:

•The advance is not refundable.

•Cancellations made 30 or more days before check in date, 100% amount can be given to utilize for next booking.

•Cancellations made more than 07 days in advance but less than 30 days will incur charges of 50% of the advance
amount.

•No shows and cancellations made 0 to 07 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.

•The advance amount can be utilized in any of the Byke Properties with 90 days from the date of actual event and prior
booking.

•Re-consideration/Adjustment is subject to approval from Management even with availability of the Hall / Venue / Rooms.
The rates may vary.
NOTE

1. In case of Irregular Power, Wi-Fi & Water Supply at Matheran, No claim due to the same will be entertained.

2. Washing of Clothes in Bathrooms is prohibited. Violation of this Rule may result in washing charges Claim from you.

3. All Recreation facilities is free for in house guest .The management sets the schedule and timing for all recreational
facilities there are no retention fees and no claim refunds if any recreational facilities are not in working order.

MEAL PLAN

As per Booking: EP - Only Stay, CP - Stay with Breakfast, MAP - Stay with Breakfast and Dinner, AP- Stay with
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

MEAL TIMING:

BREAKFAST: 08.30 AM TO 10.00 AM LUNCH: 01.00 PM TO 02.30 PM

EVE.TEA: 05.00 PM TO 06.00 PM DINNER: 08.30 PM TO 10.00 PM
