De acuerdo a lo solicitado, tenemos el agrado de presentarle las características técnicas de

a TICEL brand Counterflow Mobile Asphalt Plant, Model CF-80.3MS, with
production capacity of 80 - 100 t/h, with bag filter and control system
Individual of the Aggregates, plus a Tenge Boiler of 400,000 Kcal and a Tank of
Storage of 8,000 gallons, as detailed below:

Item 001: Mobile Asphalt Plant TICEL

01 (one) MOBILE ASPHALT PLANT COUNTERFLOW, MODEL CF-80.3MS, WITH

PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 80 t/h, WITH BAG FILTER AND SYSTEM OF
INDIVIDUAL CONTROL OF AGGREGATES.

- CHASSIS: double axle and 09 (nine) tires with 10.00x20” tires, system of
air brakes and signaling lights for traffic.

AGGREGATE DOSERS: Triple (03) dosing hopper with 2,800mm of

mouth, individual capacity of 6m³, with adjustable gates according to the flow of
the aggregates. Collector/transport conveyor with a width of 24" powered by a motor
5.0 hp electric.
Dosage/extraction conveyors with a width of 20", 3hp electric motor and
frequency inverters. Equipped with three (03) load cells for control of
weighing of the aggregates.

 An automatic vibrator for the fine material hopper, facilitating the drainage.

CONTROL BOX: Mounted on the chassis on the side of the

dosing devices. Installed there are: electrical panel, control panel and
actions, microprocessor and computer. 9,000 BTU air conditioning
type split. Electrical components of the brand SIEMENS.

VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM WITH CAMERAS IN DOSERS AND

MIX DOWNLOAD

BURNER: to the oil, with direct spray capacity of 6,000,000 kcal/h,

for burning fuels with a viscosity of 100 SSU or lower. System of
automatic ignition from the cockpit and camera for visual control of the
fire.

ASPHALT PUMP: 1.1/2" gear pump with chamber

heating, flow rate of 6,000 kg/h controlled by the T-1000 system.

- BAG FILTER: The dry filtration system is a dust collector with 304
filtering elements (200.64 m2made of POLYESTER fiber material
coated with TEFLON, for the purpose of retaining the solid particles generated
during the drying process of the aggregates, preventing them from being played in
the atmosphere. This system provides for the reintegration of these fines into the mix
asphaltic, and it is composed of three parts:

Superior: where the gas exit occurs.

Intermedia: where the 304 sleeves are mounted
Inferior: silo for storing recovered fines and from where they will be conveyed via screw conveyor.

Compressed air for the bag cleaning system, via screw compressor

COUNTERFLOW DRYER/MIXER: Dryer body:

Ø1, 500mm by 6,500mm, externally coated in its central part with a plate of
polished stainless steel.

Type of COUNTERFLOW, divided into three zones: i) Drying Zone with fins
internal fasteners and configurable based on the type of aggregate to be used,
ii) Combustion zone and iii) Mixture zone free from direct contact with the
hot gases, allowing special projects with modified asphalts.

HOT MIX ELEVATOR: Transfer elevator of the mix

COMPLETE AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH INDIVIDUAL SCALE IN

EACH CARRIER OF THE FEEDERS/DOSERS –
T-1000 MODEL: This dosing system for asphalt plants has a
weighbridge located at each aggregate silo, mounted on the belt
dosage machine, performing the individual weighing of each aggregate. All projects
of asphalt concrete that will be executed and their proportions are registered and
stored in computer software.

After selecting one of the previously cataloged blends, the processor T-

1000 starts the weighing of each aggregate individually, constantly correcting
the speed of the dosing belts, in order to maintain production on schedule
desired and the proportions between the aggregates.

In this way, the proportionality of the aggregates is guaranteed, which is the same as
material flow variations occur, as the system is continuously
monitoring and correcting the flow of the aggregates and the binder.

To select a new asphalt concrete layer, it is enough to select in the

T-1000 processor the name of the new blend. At this moment, the processor
automatically adjusts the flow of aggregates from the dosing silos and binder
asphalt, according to the proportions of the new selected project. This

the process can be carried out with the equipment in operation, allowing to address
several users, without the need to recalibrate the equipment.

The weight signals recorded by the load cells are integrated by the
T-1000 processor, which transforms them into flow in the unit of t/h, subtracting the
humidity of each aggregate individually. After the correct integration of the
weighing, or processor T-1000 sends a signal to the frequency inverter that controls
the dosage of asphalt binder and fill material, ensuring the
percentage values of the asphalt concrete project reported to the processor.

Ticel microprocessor, model T-1000 (Device that controls the dosing and
proportion of aggregates, Cap, filler and recycled using the mass recipe
asphalt). Monitor the temperature of the Cap, asphalt mix, and filter of
mangas, managing the loading coupons, generates reports of the tracing
relative, the speeds of the dosing belts, the partial production of
each silo, the percentage of the quantities of materials in the silos, of the weight
of the silos, of the percentage of Cap in the recipe, in addition to the reports of
load, informing the time, issue date, truck license plate, quantity of
material, load temperature and operator name of the system.

The software is developed on the Windows platform in six languages.

TECHNICAL MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS:

The material used will be ASTM A36 structural steel with a thickness of 6.0 mm, for the
cylindrical body and tank covers;

Installation of internal coil for heating in 2'' DS SCH40 pipe;

Interior thermal insulation with 2-inch thick fiberglass.

Exterior cladding with 0.9 mm thick LAF sheet;

Cat ladder on the back side of the tank;

The tank will have two (2) hooks for lifting;

Manhole on the top of the tank for inspection;

The tank will have bases for its support;

Application of anticorrosive paint to the exterior of the tank.
