1 - PURPOSE
Define commitments regarding the quality of the products and services provided by
Robert Bosch RBCL.
2 - OBJECTIVES
The objective is to share RBCL's quality commitments with all our
clients.
3 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Policy applied to: All products and services of RBCL.
4 - PROCEDURE
4.1 - General Criteria
Robert Bosch, a company focused on marketing its products through its
sales units Automotive Aftermarket, Appliances, Power Tools,
Building Technologies, Integrated Solutions for Mining, Technology of
Industrial Drive and Control, Thermotechnology, Service Solutions and your Bosch Store.
Define the Quality Policy with the mission of promoting continuous improvement and offering
a service that ensures the preference of our clients. In this way, it establishes the
commitment of our management to the quality of our products, services, processes,
persons and collaborators.
To achieve the goals proposed, Robert Bosch Chile assumes the following
commitments regarding quality:
4.2 -THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST
Customers are the key to our business and we want to exceed their expectations. Therefore,
we define quality as the satisfaction we provide to our customers
responding quickly and efficiently.
4.3 -QUALITY IS BUILT
With appropriate technology and systems, being essential, the result of actions
planned, and it depends on everyone in the company. It covers everything from design and quality of the
products and services, their production and execution, storage and delivery of a service
efficiently meeting the needs of our customers.

4.4 -QUALITY IS CONTINUALLY IMPROVED
All processes are susceptible to improvement, which is why we work continuously.
in improving the quality of our products, services, and processes, with the active
participation and professional commitment of our staff, to achieve compliance
permanent tasks, actions, and objectives of the organization.
4.5 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT COVERS THE ENTIRE COMPANY
As a daily working methodology, both in quality and its continuous improvement, it must
to be applied in all activities and tasks in each area of the company, complying with the
legal and regulatory requirements that correspond to making them more efficient and effective
our methods, processes, and services.
