My Story
MY DOCTOR NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT

After having my second baby, I still


looked 4 months pregnant. I was 32
years old, deeply involved in the fitness
world and yet, even I didn’t know what
was really happening to my body.

As a mom of two and someone training in


the bodybuilding industry, I was used to
discipline, progress, and results. But no
matter what I did: dieting, working out,
even prepping for stage my belly didn’t
go back to “normal.”

Worse? No doctor ever mentioned Diastasis Recti. I had to discover it on my


own. That moment changed everything. I realized that even as a trained
athlete, I didn’t have the right tools to heal my core. And if I didn’t know, how
