OBJECTIF(S) DU POSTE
Under the supervision of the workshop Manager the objectifs of the Preventive Maintenance are to reduce the
number of unplanned breakdowns, minimize equipment downtime, improve productivity and extend the life of
machines.
Devoirs et Responsabilités

 Organizes maintenance resources


 Manages maintenance activities
 Participates in continuous improvement activities
 Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for the various equipment and materials,
managing priorities, safety and production constraints, with or without the help of a CMMS
(computer-aided maintenance management) system.
 React to serious breakdowns and resolve problems quickly
 Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of parts and tools for maintenance
 Monitor the interventions carried out, propose improvements to machine performance in terms of
costs and utilization rates
 Manage the maintenance budget
 Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of parts and tools for maintenance
 Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for the various equipment and materials,
managing priorities, safety and production constraints, with or without the help of a CMMS
(computer-aided maintenance management) system

 Define and implement preventive maintenance procedures, integrating safety, hygiene and quality
aspects.
 Assess professional risks linked to maintenance interventions
 Ensure that interventions comply with current regulations
 Plan and monitor preventive maintenance actions
