The Ranked list published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a
minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a
new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is
earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies reported to the Commission in
writing, during the period of currency of the Ranked list.

5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment.

6. Age limit : 20-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2005 (both
dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age
relaxation to SC, ST and other Backward Communities.

7. Qualifications : A Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or

Commerce from a UGC recognized University or a National Institute
established by the Government of India or Institute established by the
Government of Kerala.
Note:in the case of Mathematics, Statistics shall be a subject of study at
least in the Bachelor's degree level and in the case of Commerce,
Statistics or Business Statistics or Arithmetic Statistics shall be a subject
of study at least in the Bachelor's degree level.
Probation : (a) Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which
he/she joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years on duty
with in a continuous period of three years.

(b) Every person appointed by this post shall during the period of
probation undergo six months field duty in the District Offices.
(Economics and Statistics).
Tests : Every probationer appointed to this post shall within the period of
probation pass the Account Test for Executive Officers or Account Test
(Lower or Higher), if he has not already passed the test.
Note:- 1. Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized
by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification
specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-
suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be
sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher
qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
8. Method of submitting applications :-
(a) Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of
Kerala Public Service Commission [Link] before applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User-ID
and password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the
Notification Link to apply for a post. Candidates who create new profile should upload their
photograph taken within a period of 6 [Link] of the candidate and the date of
photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once
uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.
There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No
application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the
link My Application in their profile. All correspondence with the Commission regarding the
application should be accompanied with the printout of the [Link] are
responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the
final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the
information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the
Commission. Application once submitted is received as provisional and the details cannot be
deleted or altered after the last date for receipt of applications. The application will be
summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of
processing. Original documents to prove qualification, experience, community, age etc. have to
be produced as and when called for. The profile correction made by the candidates themselves
or in the office of KPSC on request,after the last date fixed for the receipt of applications will
not reflect in the application. Such corrections will come into effect only on the date on which
corrections have been made.

(b) If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a
confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such
candidates alone can generate and download the admission tickets in the last 15 days till the
date of Test. The application of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the
stipulated period, will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of
confirmation and the availability of admission tickets will be published in the Examination
Calender itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their respective
profiles and in the mobile phone number registered in it.

(c) “Candidates who have AADHAR Card should add AADHAR Card as ID Proof in their
profile.”

9. Special Instructions to candidates :-

(a) In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that
entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along
with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/ Community Certificate at the time of certificate
verification.
 (b) Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification
as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application for the [Link] which
are not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the General
Conditions are liable to be rejected.

(c) Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules
of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus
claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc. and are liable to be disqualified for
being considered for a particular post or debarment from applying to the Commission either
permanently or for any period or the invalidation of their answer scripts or products in a
written/Practical test or the initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them or their
removal or dismissal from office or the ordering of any other disciplinary action against them
if they have already been appointed,or any one or more of the above.

ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം തയ്യാറാക്കപ്പെടുന്ന റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രാബല്യത്തില്‍ വരുന്ന തീയതി മുതല്‍ ഏറ്റവും
കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു വര്‍ഷവും ഏറ്റവും കൂടിയത് മൂന്ന് വര്‍ഷവും നിലവിലിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാല്‍ ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തിനു
ശേഷം ഇതേ ഉദ്യോഗത്തിന് ഒരു പുതിയ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ ആ തീയതി മുതല്‍ ഈ
വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാരം തയ്യാറാക്കപ്പെടുന്ന റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന
സമയത്ത് അറിയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റില്‍ നിന്നും നിയമനം നടത്തുന്നതാണ് .

[Link] വഴി ഒറ്റത്തവണ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത ശേഷമാണ്
അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത്. രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ അവരുടെ User -ID – യും Password -ഉം
ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Login ചെയ്തശേഷം സ്വന്തം Profile – ലൂടെ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പുതിയതായി
പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ 6 മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫ് അപ്
ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. ഫോട്ടോയുടെ താഴെ ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത തീയതിയും
വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. നിശ്ചിതസർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് / മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍
പാലിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്ക് അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത തീയതി മുതല്‍ 10
വര്‍ഷക്കാലത്തേയ്ക്ക് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും. ഫോട്ടോ സംബന്ധിച്ച് മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകള്‍ക്കൊന്നും തന്നെ
മാറ്റമില്ല. അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ് നല്കേകണ്ടതില്ല. My Application എന്ന Link – ല്‍ click ചെയ്ത് അപേക്ഷയുടെ
പ്രിന്റൌട്ട് എടുത്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.അപേക്ഷ സംബന്ധമായി കമ്മീഷനുമായി തുടർന്ന് നടത്തുന്ന
കത്തിടപാടുകളിൽ അപേക്ഷയുടെ പ്രിന്റൗട്ട് കൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . Password രഹസ്യമായി
സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതും വ്യക്തിഗത വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ശരിയാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതും ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ
ചുമതലയാണ്. ഓരോ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പും തന്റെ Profile – ല്‍ ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന
വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ശരിയാണെന്ന് ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥി ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. കമ്മീഷനുമായുള്ള എല്ലാ
കത്തിടപാടുകളിലും User -ID പ്രത്യേകം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . കമ്മീഷനു മുമ്പാകെ ഒരിക്കല്‍
സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സോപാധികമായി സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. അവസാന തീയതിക്ക് ശേഷം
അപേക്ഷയില്‍ മാറ്റംവരുത്തുവാനോ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കുവാനോ കഴിയുകയില്ല. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്
പ്രക്രിയയുടെ ഏതവസരത്തിലായാലും സമര്‍പ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട അപേക്ഷകള്‍ വിജ്ഞാപന വ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ക്ക്
വിരുദ്ധമായി കാണുന്നപക്ഷം നിരുപാധികമായി നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, പരിചയം,
ജാതി, വയസ്സ് മുതലായവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍ കമ്മീഷന്‍
ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോള്‍ ഹാജരാക്കിയാല്‍ മതിയാകും.അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം profile-ൽ
ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ സ്വയം വരുത്തുന്ന തിരുത്തലുകളും അവർ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ
ഓഫീസ് മുഖേന വരുത്തുന്ന തിരുത്തലുകളും അപേക്ഷയിൽ വരുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ തിരുത്തലുകൾ
വരുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതലേ ആയവയ്ക്ക് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
(ബി) ഈ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് എഴുത്ത്/ഒ.എം.ആര്‍/ ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ പരീക്ഷ
എഴുതുമെന്ന സ്ഥിരീകരണം (confirmation) അപേക്ഷകര്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ ഒറ്റത്തവണ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍
പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ വഴി നല്‍കേണ്ടതാണ് .അപ്രകാരം സ്ഥിരീകരണം നല്‍കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് മാത്രം അഡ്മിഷന്‍
ടിക്കറ്റ് ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് അത് ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യം പരീക്ഷാ തീയതി വരെയുള്ള
അവസാനത്തെ 15 ദിനങ്ങളില്‍ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ് .നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ സ്ഥിരീകരണം
നല്‍കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ അപേക്ഷകള്‍ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിയ്ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് .സ്ഥിരീകരണം
നൽകേണ്ടതായ കാലയളവ് സംബന്ധിച്ച തീയതികളെക്കുറിച്ചും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന തീയതി
സംബന്ധിച്ചുമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പരീക്ഷ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന പരീക്ഷാകലണ്ടറിൽ
പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച അറിയിപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിലും അതിൽ
രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ നമ്പറിലും നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
(സി) ആധാര്‍ കാര്‍ഡുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ ആധാര്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍
രേഖയായി നല്‍കേണ്ടതാണ്.

9. ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്കുള്ള പ്രത്യേക നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ

(എ) ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥി അപേക്ഷയില്‍ അവകാശപ്പെട്ട ജാതി/സമുദായം എസ് എസ് എല്‍ സി ബുക്കില്‍
രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതില്‍ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണെങ്കില്‍ നോണ്‍ക്രീമിലിയര്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/ജാതി
സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനോടൊപ്പം ജാതി വ്യത്യാസം സംബന്ധിച്ച ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപനം കൂടി പ്രമാണ
പരിശോധന സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

പൊതുവ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ കൂടി വായിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കിയശേഷമായിരിക്കണം അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് .
പൊതു വ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായി സമര്‍പ്പിയ്ക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകള്‍ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സര്‍വ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന്‍ റൂള്‍സ് ഓഫ്
പ്രൊസീജിയര്‍ റൂള്‍ 22 പ്രകാരം ഏതൊരു ജോലിയ്ക്ക് അവര്‍ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നുവോ അതിലേയ്ക്ക്
പരിഗണിയ്ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിന് അയോഗ്യരാക്കുകയോ,സ്ഥിരമായോ ഒരു നിശ്ചിത കാലത്തേയ്ക്കോ കേരള
പബ്ലിക് സര്‍വ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന് അപേക്ഷകള്‍ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതില്‍ നിന്നും നിരോധിക്കുകയോ, അവര്‍
പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയില്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളോ, എഴുത്തുപരീക്ഷയിലെ
ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളോ അസാധുവാക്കുകയോ, അവരുടെ മേല്‍ നിയമ നടപടികള്‍ എടുക്കുകയോ, അവര്‍
 ഏതെങ്കിലും ജോലിയില്‍ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞുവെങ്കില്‍ ആ ജോലിയില്‍ നിന്നും അവ നീക്കം
