Job Description
Working within an agile team, the React Native Engineer will lead the development and maintenance
of iOS apps using React Native and its technology stack. The role requires creating pixel-perfect UI with
advanced animations and transitions, integrating it with REST APIs and native APIs, and ensuring
seamless state management for optimal performance.
They will collaborate closely with QAs, business analysts, and other developers to build the right
product, address dependencies, and uphold the engineering best practices, including unit test coverage,
logging, security, reusability, and code readability.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development of pixel-perfect apps in React Native, adhering to iOS UI guideline
Demonstrate deep knowledge of app UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Create and manage complex animations and transitions within the app.
Integrate native APIs for deep and robust app functionalities.
Design highly reusable, stateless components in React Native.
Manage application state effectively with Redux/Saga.
Integrate REST APIs using Axios/fetch for seamless app functionality.
Work with cloud messaging APIs and enable push notifications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Demonstrate expertise with native build tools like XCode.
Write clean, well-documented JavaScript code.
Apply excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving attitude.
Skills Required
Advanced proficiency in React Native for iOS app development.
Proficient in Redux, Axios, and other state and data management tools.
Strong understanding of iOS native libraries.
Experience with social platform integrations.
Strong understanding of push notifications and cloud messaging.
Proficient with Git and other code versioning tools.
Expert-level debugging skills for app optimization.
Proficient in using development tools like XCode.
Good to Have
Experience in writing unit tests for React Native applications.
Knowledge of Saga, Fetch, and Sentry for enhanced app performance.
Experience in building Android apps with React Native.
Familiarity with React for cross-functional app development.
