At the end of the exam, an Admit Card along with photocopy of ID proof will be deposited at centre. Therefore, Candidates are
required to bring separate printout of Admit Card for further use.

eligibility conditions or otherwise as laid down in the Departmental Rules/notifications/etc. for given schemes. If inadvertently, an admit
card is issued to any candidate to attend the Online Examination or on the subsequent declaration, if any, then his/her candidature will be
cancelled without assigning any reason accordingly at any time as and when any such shortcomings is/are detected and no further
correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

1. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN THE ONLINE EXAMINATION DATE/SESSION/CENTER WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. The candidates must bring this Admit Card to the Online Examination Center. No candidate will be allowed entry without this
Admit Card. The candidate is also required to bring a valid photo identification card in original viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving
License, Passport, Aadhar Card or PAN card. In case of allowing a Scribe for a PWD candidate, the Scribe must bring a valid ID
proof with him/her at the time of examination. The candidate must carry a photocopy of his/her disability certificate.
3. The candidate must submit to the Test Center a photocopy of the Admit Card with a passport-size photo affixed, along with a
photocopy of their valid Photo ID.
4. Candidates must reach the Test Center well in advance of the gate closure time, as frisking, biometric capture, and photo capture
will be completed before the exam.

Important Instructions:

If fingers are coated with ink, mehndi, or any colour, ensure it is completely removed before the exam day.
Keep fingers clean and free from dirt or dust; wash and dry them properly before biometric capture.
Ensure fingers of both hands are completely dry; if moist, wipe them before the scan.
If the primary finger (thumb) is injured or damaged, immediately inform the concerned authority at the test centre.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in denial of entry to the examination.
5. The candidates appearing in the online Examination should, in their interest, check their eligibility in all respects to avoid
disappointment at any later stage. Your candidature for the online Examination or on the subsequent declaration, if any, is
"PURELY PROVISIONAL" pending detailed scrutiny of your fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentioned in the advertisement for
the post you have applied for. In case it is found that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, the candidature of such a
candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of the departmental process or even after joining the course.
6. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile phones, microphones or any other Associated Accessories, calculators,
Log Tables, papers, Digital Diary Books etc. are strictly prohibited in the Online Examination Hall. If any candidate is found to own
any of these devices or documents, their candidature is liable to be cancelled. As such, the candidates should not bring a Mobile
Phone/microphone, etc. to the Online Examination Centre. BARTI/TRTI/SARTHI/MAHAJYOTI/ARTI will not be responsible for the
safe custody of its assets, either individually or collectively.
7. Candidates should be aware that the examination is being performed under CCTV surveillance and that all their acts throughout
the examination are being recorded. This recording will be used as valid evidence to pursue legal action against the candidate for
any form of misbehaviour or misconduct during the examination.
8. The Online Examination shall consist of multiple-choice objective questions. Each question carries 1 mark. No negative markings
for wrong answers.
9. The Online Exam Question paper will be in Bilingual (English & Marathi) Language, as applicable.
10. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the Test Center until the full duration of the exam is over, even if they finish early.
11. A mock test will be available on the application portal 3 days before the exam. It is only for practice to understand the exam
interface and will not include actual exam questions.
