1. Introduction :

• Public Works Department registers Civil Contractors for execution of works and issues registration
certificates to them.

• Other departments use the same registration certificate to allot civil works to them.

• Depending on the applied class for registration the documents submitted by contractors are checked
at different levels like EE/SE/CE and Government. Verified documents are submitted to the competent
authority for issue of Registration Certificate.

• This whole process takes lot of time; often the contractors are not aware about the status of registration.

• To speed up the process of registration of contractors, simplified online process of the registration is
implemented in PWD.

Registration:
The applicant can apply from any website given below:

In Services Section, click on E-Registration of Contractors.

Following screen will appear. Please select option carefully. Click on Civil Registration Button to proceed for
Civil Registration.

Login:
Please login in following page. If you are new user, then click on Register New. Forget password facility is
available in the system.
Please read all the instructions. Click on Register New to proceed further.

2. KYC Registration Process:
KYC Form: Fill the following KYC form with correct information. Read all the instructon.

Applicant will get following screen. All the correspondence is done via email. Hence proper and correct mail id
is very important aspect. The applicant needs to activate the provided email id.

The applicant will receive the system generated email from eROC system. Need to click on verification link.

3.1 Annexure A (General Contractor) :
Fills the Annexure A form and enter all the details along with company registration, tax details etc. Upload scan from
original documents. It is requested to carry all the prints on Committee Appointment Date.

Xerox self-attested copies with payment receipt.
