EDUCATIONAL PLANNING, ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
The course on Educational Planning, Organization, and Management has been an eye-
opener for me. As a future educator, I have come to realize the importance of effective
planning, organization, and management in ensuring the success of educational institutions.
In this reflection paper, I will share my thoughts on the key concepts and principles learned
throughout the course.
One of my takeaways from this course is the importance of planning in education. I
have learned that planning is a step in achieving educational goals and objectives. It involves
