by him/her or the University concerned with interest at the 12% (or as decided by the Government
of Rajasthan from time to time) from the date of disbursement of Scholarship amount in case
he/she violates any of the terms of assistance or any term of the SVS Scheme(as amended time
to time) or fails to complete the course successfully to which the Scholarship is sanctioned
without any proper justification.

4. The department of Higher education will give financial assistance to a maximum of the course
duration as stipulated in the SVS Scheme (as amended time to time).
 5. The Indemnifier and Sureties further agree that in case they violate any of the terms of SVS
Scheme (as amended time to time), the entire amount of Scholarship received shall forthwith be
paid by the Indemnifier within 180 days from the receipt of demand notice issued by the
