Fall Matcha Series

Caramel Apple Matcha

Creamy apple butter matcha drizzled with


caramel sauce and topped with caramel
apple butter cold foam.

Ingredients to buy:

●​ Apple butter sauce

●​ Monin caramel apple butter syrup

●​ Caramel drizzle sauce

Recipe & Assembly:


1.​ Add ~1-1.5 tbsp apple butter in cup
→ Melt with hot water
2.​ Line cup with caramel sauce
3.​ Add ice, milk, matcha as normal
4.​ Top with caramel apple butter cold foam
→ (Heavy cream + milk + Monin caramel apple butter syrup)
5.​ Sprinkle of cinnamon OR dust with matcha powder for decoration

OR
Caramel Apple Matcha (with Maple cold foam)

Same except NO Monin caramel apple butter syrup → instead Maple Syrup cold
foam

Examples:

Pumpkin Spice Matcha

Creamy matcha with pumpkin pie syrup and a brown sugar-lined cup, topped with pumpkin pie
cold foam and finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon or matcha.

Ingredients to buy:

●​ Monin pumpkin pie syrup

●​ Pumpkin spice powder (optional)

Recipe & Assembly:


1.​ Add ~1-1.5 tbsp Monin pumpkin pie syrup in cup
2.​ Line cup with brown sugar sauce
3.​ Add ice, milk, matcha as normal
4.​ Top with pumpkin pie cold foam
→ (Heavy cream + milk + Monin pumpkin pie syrup + sprinkle of cinnamon, all
spice, ground nutmeg)
5.​ Sprinkle of cinnamon OR dust with matcha powder for decoration

OR

Pumpkin Cheesecake Matcha

Everything same except replace pumpkin pie cold foam with Broyé pumpkin
cheesecake foam (from 2024)

OR

Pumpkin / Pumpkin Cheesecake Creme Matcha


(same but regular matcha latte + cream top only)

Examples:

(Pumpkin Creme ⇧)
Carrot Cake Matcha (with Cream Cheese foam)

Matcha paired with house-made carrot cake syrup, topped with cream cheese cold foam and
finished with a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients to buy:

●​ Carrot juice

●​ Vanilla paste

●​ Grounded cardamom
(ingredient typically used in
carrot cake)

Carrot cake syrup recipe


(can adjust based on quantity):

In a pot,
1.​ 1 cup carrot juice
2.​ ½ cup sugar
3.​ ½ brown sugar
4.​ Dash of vanilla extract
5.​ Dash of vanilla bean paste
6.​ Sprinkle of cinnamon
7.​ Sprinkle of cardamom

Stir and let simmer until syrup thickens.

Assembly:
1.​ Add ~1-1.5 carrot cake syrup
2.​ Add ice, milk, matcha as normal
Optional: mix carrot cake syrup in
milk for nice orange colour before adding matcha
3.​ Top with Broyé cream cheese foam
4.​ Sprinkle of cinnamon OR dust with matcha powder for decoration
