WIRING OF POWER DISTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENT USING SINGLE PHASE MCB


DISTRIBUTION BOARD WITH ELCB, MAIN SWITCH AND ENERGYMETER

AIM :
To wire up a power distribution arrangement connecting MCB, ELCB, Main switch and Energy
meter using distribution board method

PROCEDURE :

1. Prepare detailed estimation for the materials required


2. Draw the lay-out on the board
3. Arrange the energy meter, main switch, distribution box and pipes as per given lay-out
4. Insert wire through the pipe as per the wiring diagram
5. Fix the energy meter, main switch, distribution box on the board
6. Fix the pipes on the board using 12mm metal clamp and 12mm metal screws
7. Provide the terminal connections as per the wiring diagram for the energy meter, main switch
and the MCBs, ELCB.
8. Connect the circuit to the AC supply and test the working of the circuit.
