Dear Mayor,
Greetings!
We respectfully seek your permission to conduct a Disaster Preparedness and
Response Training for the officials and volunteers of Barangay 53B Yakal Navy, as part
of our proactive efforts to enhance community resilience and readiness in times of
disaster.
The training is scheduled to be held on October 16–17, 2025, at Calatagan, Batangas,
and will be facilitated in coordination with the Cavite City Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Office (DRRMO).
The primary objectives of the training are to:
Equip barangay officials and volunteers with essential skills in emergency
response.
Enhance preparedness measures and response coordination during calamities.
Promote awareness of disaster risk reduction strategies.
We assure you that all necessary safety protocols and logistical requirements will be
duly observed throughout the duration of the training.
