The issues faced by Labo Elementary School highlighted areas needing urgent attention, while

the initiatives taken built resilience, strengthened partnerships, and promoted a safer and more
supportive learning environment. Together, these experiences shaped the school community into
one that values safety, cooperation, inclusivity, and shared responsibility.

Lasting solutions happen when government and community work hand in hand.

On behalf of Labo Elementary School, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our stakeholders,
partners, and council members for their unwavering support in addressing the challenges faced
by our school community. Your dedication and collective effort have been instrumental in
finding solutions to pressing concerns such as traffic management, safety, flooding, and the
promotion of a child-friendly environment.

School Based Management under RA9155 through the establishment of School Governance
Council (SGC) had resolved the four main issues mentioned above.
The SGC policies had strengthened the collaboration of all community stakeholders by
defining its roles and responsibilities and addressed the school issues following the
guidelines and procedures.
With this, Labo Elementary School proudly presented the zero drop out rate of the school and
zero unsolved bullying case.
We always adhere with the tag line, “ Sa Labo Elementary, Mag-aaral ang priority!”
