need to make an improvement on the method because it need to use feedback
mechanism for learner’s progress.

4. Enumerate the activities you did before the arrival of your students.
Ans.:
- Enumerate and discuss appropriate training activities which includes tools
and equipment, learning materials, learning station-Practical work area,
institutional assessment area, Quality Control area, Computer Laboratory,
Distance Learning area, Learners area, contextual learning area, & trainer’s
area
- The data gathering methods-self-assessment Check, learning style
questionnaire, trainee’s characteristics, and other Pre & Post-test.

5. Describe the type of questions you asked in this particular session. Why was it
necessary to ask these questions?
Ans.:
The question I ask in this particular session, “Are they achievable or doable?

series of teacher and student activities. Do not elaborate on the content of the
lesson. Based on these events was your lesson teacher centered or student
centered? Provide a reason for your answer.
Ans.:

start, give the objectives of the session, recall prior learning, present the
content of the session, do demonstration of the activity, let trainees do the
return demo, give assessment and feedback.
- The lesson is student/trainee center because this is in accordance to the
principle of teaching learning.

10. Describe an adult learning principle you always have in mind when you are
facilitating a session.
Ans.:
The adult learning principle that always in my mind when facilitating a session is
uses of past experiences.
ORAL

1. What are the principles in the CBT delivery system?

Ans.:
*The training is based on curriculum developed from the competency
standards
*Learning is modular in its structure
*Training delivery is individualized and self-paced
*Training is based on work that must be performed
*Training materials are directly related to the competency standards and the
curriculum modules
*Assessment is based in the collection of evidence of the performance of work
to the industry required standard
*Training is based both on and off the job components
*Allows for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
*Training allows for multiple entry and exit
*Approved training programs are nationally accredited

2. What are the factors considered in choosing the learning methods?

Ans.:

Main Factors
*Content *Target Audience/trainees
*Objective *Time
*Cost *Resources

Other factors
*Size of audience *Maintaining attention through interaction
*Variety *Available resources/infrastructure
*Experience of the trainer *Training Aids
*Duration of training session and amount of information

3. What is the basis in sequencing the learning events?

Ans.:

*Gagne suggests that learning tasks for intellectual skills can be organized in
a hierarchy according to complexity:
-Stimulus recognition -Procedure following -Use terminology
-Response generation -Discriminations -Concept Formation
-Rule application -Problem solving
In addition, theory outline of Nine Instructional Events and corresponding cognitive
process
-Gaining attention (reception)
-Informing learners of the objective (Expectancy)
-Stimulating recall of prior learning (Retrieval)
-Presenting the stimulus (Selective perception)
-Providing learning guidance (Semantic encoding)
-Eliciting performance (responding)
-Providing feedback (retrieval
-Enhancing retention and transfer (generalization)

4. Why is it important to provide enough time for trainees to practice?

Ans.:

The aim of CBT delivery is acquisition of competency and it can only be done by
repeated performance.

5. How do you evaluate and discuss feedback to learners?

Ans.:

*All comments should be based upon observable behavior and not assumed
motives or intents.
*Positive comments should be made first in order to give the student confidence
and gain his/her attention.
*Language should be descriptive of specific behavior rather than general
comments indicating value judgments.
*Feedback should emphasize the sharing of information. There should be
opportunities for both parties to contribute.
*Feedback should not be so detailed or broad so as to "overload" the learner
*Feedback should deal with the behaviour the student can control and change.
*Feedback requires the ability to tolerate a feeling of discomfort.

6. Why is it necessary to evaluate a training session?

*Providing a wide variety of learning resources and activities.

*Providing learning materials that are available when trainees/students need them
and can be used at his/ her own pace.
*Providing needed structure to the learning process thru detailed instructions
about what and when to do it.
*Organizing the training program by competency. including built-in feedback for
checking each trainee’s/student’s progress toward mastering a competency.
*Allowing a system of learning that trainee/student prefers.
*Ensuring that initially each trainee/student receives the same instruction as the rest
of the group

7. Which part of the CBT components can you can indicate the outputs of
performances?
Ans.

The Quality area where the outputs can be indicated are Plan Training
Session, Facilitate Learning Session, Maintain Training Facilities, Supervise Work-based
Learning, Utilize eMedia Facilitating Learning and Conduct Competency Assessment
8. What are the components of CBT delivery?

Ans.:

The components of CBT are Practical Work Area, Institutional Assessment Area,
Learner’s Resource Area, Trainer’s Resource Area, Support Area, Quality Control Area,
Distance Learning Area, Computer Laboratory Area, and Contextual Area.

9. What is the used of the monitoring tools like Achievement Chart and Progress
Chart?
Ans.:

The use of Achievement Chart and Progress Chart is use for the records of
tasks that was achieved and to monitor the performances of trainee’s learning skills
and knowledge

10. Which part of the CBT components you will accommodate learner’s that is out of
the training venue?
Ans.:

The Distance Learning area is the one that can accommodate the learner’s
that is out of the training venue.
