RESPONSIBILITIES OF ERNAL EXAMINER

The External Examiner has to:

L. Collect question papers and exam material from the Principal/Manager and open them
in the presence of the External Examiner/Verifier/TTB lnspector, not before 09:00 AM.
2. Check and mark Theory and Practical papers carefully.
3. Write marks correctly on the Award List for both Theory and Practical. Do not cut or
change marks once written.
4. Prepare the Award List and Attendance Sheet and send them to TTB, Lahore, within
two (02) days after the exam.
5. Contact on Phone # O3O2-47573L9 (Assistant Director Short Course) in case of any
query.
