Dear Maam Leonilyn Balaod,


I am writing on behalf of the Barangay Upper Lodiong to repeat the borrowing of chairs for our
upcoming fiesta. The fiesta is a significant event for our community, and we are expecting a
large turnout of attendees. However, we are currently facing a shortage of seating arrangements
to accommodate all our guests.

The fiesta will take place on April 22, 2024 at Upper Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Given the scale of the event and the expected number of attendees, we respectfully request to
borrow 50 chairs from the municipality. These chairs will be used to provide comfortable seating
for our guests throughout the duration of the fiesta. We assure you that the chairs will be handled
with care and returned promptly following the conclusion of the event.

Our barangay recognizes the value of the resources provided by the municipality, and we are
committed to ensuring that the borrowed chairs are utilized responsibly. We will designate
responsible individuals to oversee the handling and safekeeping of the chairs before, during, and
after the event. Additionally, we are willing to comply with any specific terms or conditions set
forth by the municipality regarding the borrowing of the chairs.

In closing, we sincerely hope that the municipality will consider our request for the borrowing of
chairs to support the success of our fiesta. Your contribution will greatly enhance the experience
for our community members and guests. We are open to discussing any details or requirements
related to the chair borrowing arrangement at your earliest convenience.
