1) First part is about self-assessments of your own learning pattern, asses how you learn and

categorize yourself into one of the learning styles formulated by Honey and Mumford.

Mine Learning Pattern involves observation, demonstration, learning by doing, learning by


trying, needs variety, roleplay, time to consider response, mental simulation, facts
structured presentation. Behavioral tools include competitive, energetic, thinks before
speaking, organized, deep thinker, challenges ideas. Skillset includes chairing, predicting,
evaluating, drawing conclusion, predicting, problem-solving, organized and prioritizes,
analytical. Dislikes include irrelevant discussions, facts without meaning, irrelevant facts,
emotional discussion, and taking decision. As we can see that we mine learning pattern is a
mix of all the patterns but there is a tendency towards one of the learning patterns which
could be seen from above. The learning pattern for mine is 35% reflector, 30% theorist, 20%
activist and 15% pragmatist.
Hence, we can say mine dominant learning style is Theorist.

2) Second part of the assignment is to list all your classmates and asses there learning pattern,
recall or interview them, add proforma/ interview questions employed for the assessment.

Justification – According to my recall of interaction and observation, Harshal’s
learning style is Pragmatist type. This is due the fact that he prefers to learn by doing
things, likes demonstration, and experimentation. His behavioral tools match too
with tools like energetic, sometimes impatient, tries to convert his ideas into actions.
His skill set includes predicting, exploring and problem solving. The dislikes which
can be seen are that he doesn’t like irrelevant discussions, and abstract theories.

style is Pragmatist type. This is due the fact that he prefers to learn by doing things,
