ii. This result card is issued, as a notice only. Errors and Omissions are accepted. Any error of
misspelling in name of candidate shall be pointed out at the earliest for correction. Holding of this
card does not confer the right to practice in Pharmacy unless completion of 2 years diploma courses and
PPC Registration under the rules.

iii. Last date for submission of supplementary examination form is 01.12.2024 to 16.12.2024 with
single fee of Rs. 6000/-
