Program Implementation
The ARAL Program for Grades 2–6 officially commenced on September 15, 2025. It was
designed to provide targeted interventions in reading and numeracy through small-group
and individualized sessions. Teachers and tutors facilitated activities tailored to learners’
needs, ensuring that struggling learners received additional support while advanced
learners were given enrichment activities.
Results / Feedback
Initial feedback from both teachers and parents has been encouraging. Learners showed
greater engagement during sessions, and teachers observed steady improvements in
comprehension, word recognition, and problem-solving skills. Parents also reported that
their children displayed increased interest in reading and practicing mathematics at home.
While some challenges were encountered—such as irregular attendance and varied
learning paces—the overall implementation has been effective and holds much promise.
