1. Payment terms 50% advance with Techno-Commercially confirmed Purchase Order.
The balance 50% of invoice value before dispatch.
2. Price The prices are Ex – Works, Hyderabad, Telangana.
3. Validity The given offer will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer, subject
to confirmation thereafter.
4. Delivery Within 30- 45 days from the date of your confirmed purchase order along with
50% advance amount of the total cost of the machinery.
5. Transportation Transportation charges will be extra at actuals
(or)
You can arrange your own transport.
6. GST Charges Extra @18%
7. Packing We will provide, film/air bubble packing for equipment
Charges Extra charges for wooden crate packing (If required)
8. Erection & Erection & commissioning charges will be extra.
Commissioning We will intimate the charges at the time of finalization of the order.

9. Order Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and in case of
cancellation cancellation the advance shell be forfeited.

10. Disputes All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana, India jurisdiction only.
11. Insurance Customers are advised to get the goods insured for damage in transit. We can also
arrange insurance on your behalf at extra cost of 0.5% of the total order value.
12. Specification We reserve the right to modify the design during manufacture and if in our opinion
such modifications constitute an improvement or is in accordance with revised
standards of manufacturing process.
13. Warranty One-year warranty is given against any manufacturing defects from the date of
supply except electrical.
