13-Day Self-Love Journaling Prompts

Day 1 — Self-awareness
- What am I feeling right now? (Hint: name emotions and bodily sensations)

- What thought or event most likely led to this feeling? (Hint: look for the immediate trigger)

Day 2 — Self-compassion
- When was I most self-critical recently? (Hint: describe like telling a kind friend)

- What would I say to a dear friend in the same situation? (Hint: write it to yourself)

Day 3 — Self-acceptance
- Which part of myself do I most resist accepting? (Hint: habit, trait, body part)

- What positive or useful role has this part ever played? (Hint: even flaws try to protect you)

Day 4 — Self-kindness
- List three kind sentences I can say to myself when I struggle.

- Try one now — how does my body respond? (Hint: notice breathing, softening)

Day 5 — Self-forgiveness
- Name one thing I feel guilty/ashamed about. (Hint: describe briefly, no judgment)
