ENGAGEMENT OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
BISAG-N invites applications from eligible interested individuals for
engagement of Young Professionals purely on contract basis as per the details
mentioned below:

Terms and conditions of engagement
1. Period of Engagement Initial engagement of the YP will be for
the one year which is extendable for
four more years (01 year at a time)
subject to requirement of services of
the YP in the organization and
satisfactory performance of the
candidate.
2. Nature of Engagement The engagement will be purely on
contract basis.
3. Age Limit The minimum age is 22 years and
maximum 26 years as on the last date
of submission of application.
4. Consolidated emoluments Young Professional-I - Rs. 30,000/-
(Fixed) per month
Young Professional-II - Rs. 42,000/-
(Fixed) per month
5. Annual Increment Upto 10% P.A. subject to satisfactory
performance of the candidate
6. Tax deduction at source The income tax or any other tax liable
to be deducted as per the prevailing
rules will be deducted at source before
effecting payment of monthly
emoluments.
7. TA/DA Policy As per BISAG-N policy revised from
time to time.
8. Attendance and working The working hours for the YPs will be
hours/days same as other employees of BISAG-N.
No extra benefit will be allowed for
working beyond office hours.
Unauthorised absence from the
project/work for a continuous period of
08 days without valid reasons shall
lead to automatic termination of the
engagement.
9. Leave Policy Equivalent to the contractual
employees at BISAG-N
10. Intellectual Property Rights Intellectual Property created as part to
the work of Young Professional during
his/her valid tenure in BISAG-N will be
governed by the IPR guidelines of the
BISAG-N.
11. Prohibition of Sexual The Young Professionals shall have to
Exploitation and Abuse comply with the "Sexual Harassment of
Women at Workplace (Prevention,
Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
12. Other terms and conditions The young professional (YP) shall be
subject to the laws of secrecy of the
country and will sign a declaration of
secrecy and Non-Disclosure
Agreement before reporting
The engagement will not constitute a
regular job or appointment of any
nature in the BISAG-N
During the term of engagement, the YP
shall comply with the Standards of
Conduct. Failure to comply with the
same will become a ground for
termination of the YP without notice.
2. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should apply through the online form

3. Any Corrigendum/ Addendum shall be posted only on the BISAG-N website.
4. The last date of submission of Application form is 17th October 2025.
