LECTURE ONE
LESSON ONE

INTRODUCTION

"Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the

prosperity of his servants" (Psm. 35:27).

 God is excited at the prosperity of the saints (3 John 2)

a) THE PROPHETIC AGENDA

 The line of demarcation for financial prosperity is clear:

there is no in-between. (Isa. 60:2; Mal. 3:17-18; 4:1-2).

 The church is set for a glorious time (Isa. 2:2-3; 45:3).

IT TAKES UNDERSTANDING TO BE
OUTSTANDING

b) PERSPECTIVES ON THE PROSPERITY OF THE SAINT

(i) It is possible (Psm. 112:1-3; 3 Jn. 2).

5
 No matter your financial position now, you can
prosper.

(ii) It is by choice (Deut. 30:19)

 Even salvation is by choice.

UNTIL YOU LIKE IT, YOU WILL LACK IT

(iii) It is by obedience (Deut. 28:1-14).

LESSON TWO

FOUNDATION FOR FINANCIAL PROSPERITY

(a) REVELATION (Job 22:21-30)

 It takes the word to be delivered from shame, lack
and want (Jn. 8:32; Prov. 13:8)

 Until you lay up the word you can't lay up gold (Job
22:22,24).

 If your chambers will be filled with treasures, your

heart must be filled with the knowledge of the word
of prosperity (Prov. 24:4).

 The word is the key that gives access to financial

prosperity (Matt. 16:19)

FINANCIAL PROSPERITY IS NOT A MATTER OF

LUCK, IT IS A MATTER OF LIGHT

(a) COVENANT CONNECTION (Deut. 8:7-10,18; Psm.

89:34; Jer. 33:20-21).

6
(i) ABRARAM (Gen.12:9-10;13:2;17:1-7;24:1).
(2) ISAAC (Gen. 26:1, 12-14)

THE COVENANT IS SUPERIOR TO THE CLIMA TE

(3) JACOB (Gen. 30:27, 37-43; 43: 1).

(4) JOSEPH (Gen. 39:2; 41:53-56)
(5) YOU (Gal. 3:13-16; 4:28).
Requirements:
 Be born again(1 John. 5:4)
 Have a working knowledge of the covenant.(Jn.
8:32)

(c) CONSECRATION (Psm. 1:1-3).

 Kingdom financial prosperity is for the righteous (Isa.

3: 10).

 Purity is the foundation for financial dignity (2 Tim.

2:19).

SANCTITY GUARANTEES PLENTY

 Only the financial investment done in righteousness

has a future (Mal. 3:3-4).

Sin is a destroyer of financial destiny (Prov. 28:13).

WITHOUT HOLINESS, THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES

d.) DEDICATION (John 12:24-26).

DEDICATION = DEADLY COMMITMENT

 Dedication is the pathway to distinction (Psm. 1:3).

It is being planted (stuck) to the kingdom that brings

flourishing (Psm. 92:13).

(e) AFFECTION (IChron.29:3)

AFFECTION = DELIGHTSOME COMMITMENT

7
* Your love for God determines your blessings (Psm.
112:1-3)
* You can't love God and miss good. (Psm.34:10)

THOSE WHO GO AFTER GOLD MISS GOD

LESSON THREE

MISCONCEPTlON ABOUT WEALTH

Reason for misconception: Ignorance (Matt. 22:29).

Solution: Revelation and Inspiration (Jn. 5:39; 16:13).

(i) The root of all evil (ITim.6:10).

(2) Corrupts Holiness (Lk. 18:25; Mk. 10:24-25)

 God is a holy God and yet prosperous.
(3) Worldliness
The streets of heaven are paved with gold and yet
heaven is not worldly!

8

Jer.33:20-24).
(2) Proof of redemption (2 Cor. 8:9).

 It is governed by what, how and where (Deut.

14:22-, Deut. 26:1-10; Deut. 12:13-14).

Case study - Parable of the sower (Lk. 8:4-15).
