1. Call Letter, Undertaking Form and Provisional Allotment Letter.
2. Initial Payment Receipt (Refer. Provisional Allotment Letter).
3. SSLC Mark List or its equivalent Certificate.
4. HSC Mark List or its equivalent Certificate.
5. Permanent Community Certificate card with Gopuram Seal issued by the competent authority / Electronic
Form/Digitally signed e-Certificate (if applicable).
6. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last studied.
7. Nativity Certificate, if applicable.
8. Diploma All Semester Mark Statements / Consolidated Mark Statement.
9. Diploma Certificate.
10. The candidate who has passed his/her qualifying examination from Boards other than Tamil Nadu State Board of
Technical Education should obtain the eligibility certificate from the Directorate of Technical Education.
11. Physical Fitness Certificate for differently abled candidates.
12. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Present Employer.
13. Present Experience Certificate(s) including the certificate from the Present Employer on Employer's Letter Head.
14. Salary Certificate or Pay Slip for the recent month.
15. Appointment Order with Joining Report and Promotion Order with Joining Report, if Government Employee.
16. Previous Experience Certificate(s).
17. Approved Contractors Certificate(s) on the year of joining the employment.
18. Approved Contractors Certificate(s) current with Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
19. Copy of Passport and Visa Stamping, if claims Foreign Experience.
20. Appropriate Fee Amount.
21. Passport Size Photograph - 2 Nos. and Stamp Size Photograph - 2Nos.
Note :
a) Admissions procedure completed only if all the above documents are produced in Original.
b) The allotment is based on the information furnished by the candidate in his/her application.
c) THE COLLEGE or BRANCH ALLOTTED CANNOT BE CHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
d) At the time of verification of the documents, if the candidate fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria, or fails to
submit the appropriate original certificates, the Principal of the college is empowered to deny the admission
allotted to him/her and the allotment stands cancelled. The Principal will intimate the cancellation of allotment to
"The Secretary, B.E. Degree Courses for Working Professionals Admissions 2025-2026" and the authorities
concerned.
e) The Principal is directed to verify the medical fitness of the candidate before admission. The Principal of the
colleges are empowered to deny the admission to the candidate if the candidates are otherwise found medically
unfit.
f) The candidates are advised to keep sufficient number of self attested copies of the certificates submitted during
the admission.
