This comprehensive 4-day course builds on over 25 years of expertise
in using zygomatic implants to restore severely resorbed maxillas,
following the Zygoma Anatomy-Guided Approach (ZAGA) developed
by Dr. Carlos Aparicio.
This course is specifically designed for surgeons looking to gain
experience with more complex cases and deepen their knowledge of
the evidence-based ZAGA method. Participants will explore the
advantages and challenges of various surgical techniques, including
both intra- and extra-sinus approaches. The program also offers an in-
depth look at Dr. Carlos Aparicio’s ZAGA philosophy, along with a
thorough understanding of the ORIS success code, ensuring a
comprehensive learning experience.

anatomical conditions (ZAGA 0-4).
Gain an evidence-based understanding of the ZAGA concept,
coupled with the ORIS Success Code, to ensure predictable and
successful outcomes.
Explore the intricacies of prosthetic rehabilitation, focusing on
the immediate loading of zygomatic and pterygoid implants.
Engage in hands-on practice with the cutting-edge ZAGA-
Straumann zygomatic implants and pterygoid implants, using
3D models from real patients, including one that corresponds to
a cryopreserved human head-simulating real surgical conditions.
Review and critically discuss surgeries executed on patients.
Master the skills necessary to manage and mitigate
complications associated with zygomatic and pterygoid
implants.
Delve into the anatomical nuances of the pterygoid and
zygomatic regions.
