Understand the difference between fertility smoothie and
fertility juice
Major Points in this Lesson:
When people ask me what the number one biggest dietary
change someone can make when trying to boost their
fertility, I have to say is juicing and smoothies, liquid
nutrition makes it so much easier to get the amount of those
nutrient dense foods into your body, regardless of what your
diet is right now; juicing can make you healthier.
Juicing is also one of the best things you can do for your
health during preconception, pregnancy and breast feeding.
Fruits and vegetables are very important in your fertility
journey but not everyone loves taking them. That is why we
advise they be taken in liquid forms as juice, smoothies etc.
Juice is simply the extraction (filtering) of the liquid from the
fruits and vegetables and enjoying it either chilled or at room
temperature.
Smoothie is simply blending the fruits and vegetables in a
blender and enjoying it either chilled or at room temperature
without filtering.

Note:
Drink your smoothie within 1-10 mins after blending to take
advantage of the nutrients before they oxidize and turn your
smoothie to brown colour. After 20mins, your smoothie will
lose all the power of its live nutrients.
Take your smoothie every afternoon or evening before
bedtime. Either 30mins before or after dinner.
Choose one recipe of fertility juice every morning after your
lemon water before breakfast, it is better to take on an
empty stomach because it is absorbed directly into your
blood stream within 15-20 mins of intake.
You can find these leaves and fruits in fruit markets, farmers
markets or normal markets with people who sell vegetables
like carrots, cabbage, cucumber….. etc
Juice and milk should be stored in glass bottles and not
plastics and at most for 3 days.

Fertility Juice and Smoothie Recipes
INGREDIENTS
Fertility Juice Recipes
Recipe 1 Ingredient
1 green apple
3 stalks of celery
a handful of spinach
1 piece of ginger
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a juice extractor and
extract the juice into a glass and drink either
chilled or at room temperature; if using a
blender, add all ingredients into a blender and
blend until smooth then sieve to extract your
juice to drink either chilled or at room
temperature.

Directions: Add all ingredients into the blender
and blend until smooth and empty into a glass
cup and enjoy. Remember: smoothies must
not stored, you make them and take within

2 table spoon cashew butter or peanut

4-5 dates deseeded (soak your dates in
your almond milk for a few minutes to

Directions:
Add all your ingredients into a blender with a
little water in case your almond milk is not
plenty enough to blend, then blender till

Recipe (to be taken a day after ovulation for 5
days straight, while taking this you will suspend
your normal smoothie to continue after this

Almond Milk Recipe
Recipe Soak your almond milk in normal water for
24hrs
Wash and pour into a blender
Add little water just enough to blend
Blend until it is smooth
Filter it with a cloth and pour in a cup to
drink
Or in a glass bottle to store in the fridge
for 2 days at most

Add little honey
Brown Rice Milk Recipe
Recipe Soak your brown rice with very hot water
for 2-3 hrs
Rinse it and pour into a blender
Blend and filter or you can boil the rice to
be soft and blend and filter

Hemp Milk
Recipe 1 cup hemp seeds, presoaked overnight
3 cups purified water
Blend pre-soaked hemp seeds with water
Strain to remove pulp and put back into
the blender
Add sweeteners if desired (little honey)
Gives 2 ½ to 3 cups
Tiger Nut Milk (Kunu aya) Recipe
Recipe Soak 1 Kg of tiger nut 3-4 hours
Deseed ½ Kg of dates (debino) and soak
with distilled water and put in the fridge or
freezer
Scrape 5 pieces of ginger
1 coconut
Wash tiger nut, mix with coconut, ginger
and dates, leaving the dates water in the
fridge
Grind the mixture in clean or distilled
water
Mix the dates water in the grinded puree.
Then filter and store in glass bottles in the
fridge or freezer for drinking.

Fertility Salad Recipe
Recipe A handful chopped lettuce
1 avocado
Quarter red or white cabbage
1 cucumber
1 big green apple
Dressing
Salad cream or mayonnaise (Bama)
Sprinkle grounded pepper (optional if you
like spicy foods)
Coconut Oil Mayonnaise
ingredients
1 whole egg, at room temperature
1 egg yolk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 ½ tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
¾ cup of coconut oil
1 table spoon of whey (powder)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
Pour the first ingredients in a blender and
blend until smooth
With the blender still running, slowly pour
oil into egg mixture
Add whey and mix until blended

Season mayonnaise to your preference
