Annual CTC: ₹2,46,000 (2,10,000 fixed plus variable 36,000 INR per year. Variable pay is applicable post probation
period)
Service Agreement: 2 Years
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday | Night Shift Only

2. Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025 (degree must be completed at the time of joining)
• Preferred Residence: Candidates residing in or around Madhurawada, Yendada, or Rushikonda will be given
preference
• Discipline: Open to all undergraduate streams
• Gender: Open to all (cab drop facility available for female employees)
3. Job Responsibilities
• Read, comprehend, and respond professionally to client emails
• Communicate effectively with international clients in English (both written and spoken)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications
• Operate and manage data using internal tools and systems
4. Required Skills and Attributes
• Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written communication)
• Ability to draft and respond to professional emails with clarity and accuracy
• Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday)

5. Compensation and Benefits
• Annual Compensation: ₹2,10,000 (Cost to Company)
