Job Description • Implementation of Organization’s defined processes in the projects
(E.g.Processes inline with Agile – Devops, CMMI Practices)
• Facilitation of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and
Agile Processes to the Project teams.
• Facilitate use of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and
Processes, including Project Management & Configuration Management
Tools (E.g. Jira, Confluence, TFS/MS Azure, Github, etc.)
• Implement quantitative project management, using techniques like
Control Charts, Pareto Charts, Fishbone and other Statistical Tools and
techniques.
• Participate in Process improvement in the organization
• Conduct the Process Audits in the projects
• Impart Process trainings in the organization
• Report the non-compliances and issues to Management
Skills Required Good IQ and Analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills
Should have studied Software Engineering
Knowledge of SDLC and Software Project Management
Stipend: Rs. 20000/Month (For six Months)
CTC Offer Post six months, CTC offer: Rs. 4.21 LPA
