General Rules & Guidelines
1. Eligibility
o Participation is open only to bona fide students ofthe respective schools.
o Students from 8th to l2th Standard are eligible to participate.
. Each participant must carry a valid School lD Card & Aadhar Card. (Corrpulsory - will
be checked before parlicipation).
2. Team & Participation
. A school may participate in multiple sports, but players must manage if matches clash at the
same time.
. Each school must submit the team list with player names, class, and G.R. Number before the
opening ceremony.
. Teams must report to the venue in proper sports attire.
3. Match & Competition Rules
. The referee/umpireos decision will be final and binding.
. Teams must report 15 minutes before the scheduled match time. Late reporting may result
in a walkover.
r ln case of a uniform clash, it will be decided by toss which team will wear bibs.
. Officials reserve the right to reschedule/change match timings if required.
4. Tournament Format
. Based on the number of entries, matches will be played in Knockout format.
. In case of a tie, results will be decided by:
. Extra Time / Penalty Shootout / Golden Point / Toss (as per the sport).
5. Code of Conduct
. Players, coaches, and spectators must maintain discipline and sportsmanship at all times.
. Use of abusive language, violence, or arguments with officials will not be tolerated.
. Tearns must show respect and fair play towards opponents.
. Misconduct may Iead to warnings, point deductions, or disqualification.
6. Protests & Appeals
. Any protest must be submitted in writing by the team manager/coach within l0 minutes after
the match.
. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
7. Medical & Safety
. First aid/medical facilities will be available at the venue.
. Players must carry their own kits, safety gear, and water bottles.
. The organizers will not tle responsitrle for any minor/fatal injuries sustained during the
tournament.
8. Awards & Recognition
. Cash Prizes will be awarded to Winners and Runners-up.
. Winners & Runners-up will receive Trophies, Medals, and Certificates.
. All participants will receive Participation Certificates.
. Lunch will be provided to all participants during the tournament.
9. Special Instructions
. Carrying School lD Card / Aadhar Card is compulsory for all players.
o Parents are not allowed inside the campus or on the ground during the toumament.
. The Organizing Committee/Officials may modify rules or timings if required for smooth
conduct of matches
r ln case of bad weather or unavoidable conditions, the tournament may be
changed/rescheduled - teams should be prepared for adjustments.
