Scope of Work:
Construction of “Four laning of NH-530B from Devinagar Bypass (End) to Kasganj Bypass
(End) from km 66+000 to km 123+100 In the state of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity
Mode” including the highway, structure, and utility works.

2. Objective:
The objective of training plan at this project, is to ensure that all workers have the
knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary to perform their tasks safely, efficiently,
and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

3. Types of Training
Training Categorized into three types as below

7. Additional Considerations
• Training Records: Maintain logs with attendance, dates, and trainer info.

• Trainers: - “Competent” appointed by GRIL and Technical Head of the dept.

• Training Mode: - In house and onsite (Audio Visual with case study)

• Language Support: Provide materials in common site languages (e.g., English, Hindi).

• Evaluation: Conduct knowledge checks or practical assessments post-training.
