Business Description:

Always 1 is a local clothing brand from Philippines. The history of Always 1 started

with a simple passion for art and fashion. What began as an experiment of using

bleach to create designs on plain shirts turned into a style that people found eye-

catching and original. The store is located at SM Laoag, 2nd Floor, making it

accessible for both locals and tourists. The owners of this business are: Jheremias

Salvador, Julian Coloma, Queencess Ann Fermin, Reese Balintec, and Giannos Mico

Arellano. Always 1 specializes in bleach-designed T-shirts, offering one-of-a-kind

pieces where no two shirts are exactly the same. Each design is carefully crafted by

hand, giving customers a truly unique product that combines simplicity with

creativity.

Mission:

To create one-of-a-kind bleach-designed T-shirts that inspire individuality and self-

expression. We aim to provide high-quality, hand-crafted apparel that blends

creativity, style, and originality while making fashion accessible to both locals and

tourists.

Vision:

To become a leading local brand known for unique and artistic T-shirt designs,

recognized not just in Laoag but nationwide and beyond. We envision Always 1 as

the first choice for those who seek originality, creativity, and clothing that speaks to

their personality.

Values:
Always 1 has stayed true to its passion for creativity and originality. What began as

a small idea built on art and fashion has grown into a brand that values

individuality, self-expression, and quality. Each shirt is made with care, reflecting our

belief that no two people—and no two designs—are ever the same. More than just

selling clothes, we are committed to building lasting connections with our

customers, inspiring them with unique styles while staying authentic and true to our

craft.

Product Strategy:

A.PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES:

Our shirts focus on premium quality cotton and bold gangster-inspired design. The

style combines comfort with a strong identity, perfect for hustlers who want to

stand out. For the features, it is slim streatwear fit for comfort and street style, bold

print at the back with the words “BORN HUSLAH” and the "A1) logo in the front. And

for the styles & designs, it has dark color tones (black orange and white) with

roman-style font to highlight the street hustle culture.

B. BRANDING:

A1 (ALWAYS1) represents the idea of always being number one, never backing

down, and living the hustle. The back design “BORN HUSLAH” becomes the

statement piece. It is bold, powerful, and street-certified. The phrase “BORN

HUSLAH” at the back represents grind, resilience, and loyalty to the street lifestyle.

Logo and designs are kept clean but bold, making them instantly recognizable to

our fellow Filipino people.

C. Packaging:

The packaging of A1 (ALWAYS1) shirts is made to look cool and premium. The shirt

comes in a black box or paper bag with the A1 logo and the words “BORN HUSLAH.”

Inside, each package also includes free A1 logo stickers to make it feel more special.

D. Labeling:
The labels show the brand’s identity and give important information. The inside tag

has the A1 logo, size, and washing instructions. A hang tag is also attached with the

brand message: “This shirt is made for the hustlers. For those who grind, rise, and

never back down. Always 1. Always number 1

E. Product Support Services:

A1 provides services to help customers enjoy their shirts more. We have an online

page for updates, style ideas, and order support. Each package also comes with free

stickers.

Unique Selling Proposition:

Our unique selling proposition is that we create t-shirts that are deeply personal and

meaningful, designed to connect with our customers on a personal level. Unlike

mass-produced shirts, our designs highlight Filipino culture, local pride, and

everyday stories, making each piece special. We offer customizable options, such as
