For me, taking the English modules was a challenge, because on the occasions I had the
opportunity to study it, I never understood it. Fortunately, the lessons started from the very
basics, so I had the opportunity to venture into learning. We studied verbs, adjectives,
pronouns, prepositions, the structure of sentences in affirmative, negative, question and
answer forms; the grammar of the simple and continuous present, the simple and
continuous past, future, types of verbs, spelling, auxiliaries, etc. All of this will help me
describe my personality, my physique, what I can and cannot do, introduce myself to other
people, give locations, express what I like, what I don't like and what I hate; it will be useful
for a job interview. I will also be able to share anecdotes, experiences and even my future
plans. I would not have achieved this without the support and feedback of the advisors, their
way of teaching sparked my interest in continuing to study the language. Nowadays,
speaking another language helps you get better job offers. Personally, I will use my learning
to teach my children who are still young, so that in the future it will not be difficult for them to
learn it like it was for me.
