ZERO KILOMETER INDEMNITY CLAUSE

Accidental Death (Plan A) or Permanent Disability (Plan B) is covered for the occupant of
insured vehicle, subject to the technical capacity of the vehicle for an amount of UF 100 per
person and with a maximum limit of UF 500 per event.

COVERAGE OF VEHICLES ENTERED UNDER CUSTOMS FRANCHISES


Notwithstanding what is stated in the General Terms of the insurance, which are not modified except
as expressly stated below in this clause, this policy extends to
cover motor vehicles imported into the country under customs exemptions subject
except for the following special conditions, which are expressly accepted by the
insured in this act:

1.− The insured shall be obliged to prove to the Company the acquisition value of the vehicle.
This accreditation will be carried out through the presentation of the respective invoice, contract of
Purchase and sale of the vehicle duly proving the payment of the respective tax, signed by the

seller and the buyer and authorized before a Notary, or the Invoice RegistrationApplication,
issued by the National Customs Service, documents that will be an integral part of
insurance contract. The acquisition value of the vehicle will be understood as the total sale value
indicated in these documents.

In the event of total loss of the insured vehicle, the compensation will be limited to the lesser
value between the commercial value of the vehicle at the time of the incident and the acquisition value
declared to the Company less the depreciation associated with use, age, and condition of
vehicle maintenance. The depreciation for new vehicles is 15% for the
first year or the corresponding proportion and a 10% annual for the following years.
