DIAGNOSIS

Healthy and balanced nutrition is


fundamental for the good development of any being
human, it is for them that from the experiences lived in the
everyday life with the 4th grade students
they allowed several questions to be asked: How
How to improve the nutritional value of the "lunchbox"?
how to get children to enjoy eating fruits?
How to involve parents in the project and
How to change the eating habits of students,
to show them that changes can be achieved
significant at this age? in light of the evidence
previously creates in me a great concern "the 'lunchbox',"
what led me to seek strategies that would improve the
eating habits so important at this age, with the
practice of proper eating habits, the
strengthening of habits, values where it is facilitated the
process for comprehensive and meaningful understanding in
where the learner learns to learn, to live and to
develop for life, where it is not a repeater but
what is capable of knowing through living, to be, to know and to know

to do, to feel, to think and to act by developing the processes


about himself, apply his knowledge to achieve
develop all its potentialities.

the diagnosis made at the beginning of the school year, hence

PURPOSE

Encourage fourth grade students to

childhood. A rich and balanced diet is essential
that provides us with the necessary nutrients to carry on

we must establish appropriate habits or routines

obesity due to the consumption of fats and foods high in
cholesterol or anorexia that usually occurs in the

From the Institution, what is intended to be achieved in
collaboration with the family is to improve habits
nutritional in childhood. That is why it is appropriate to introduce

the fruit in the diet.


With the primary objective of inducing the
students to improve their eating habits
a teaching unit will be carried out on fruits, where
we will work on their sensory characteristics (shape,
size, texture, color, smell, and taste), this unit is
it will take place over a period of four weeks
through the theme of fruits we not only aim to
approach to this type of food but also
we try to sharpen the senses: sight, hearing, smell and
I want, through exploration, to develop the
psychomotricity, as well as vocabulary, creativity,
dramatization, hygiene habits, attitudes, etc. It
also aims to promote interculturality and the
cooperation.
