SAP Integration Suite

The foundation of SAP Integration Suite is SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). It is an offering
as a platform and provides many different services in 5 key areas:

Application development
Automation
Integration
Data and analysis
Artificial intelligence

Once you have access to SAP BTP, you can start testing the services, including the Suite.
SAP Integration.

The SAP Integration Suite service is a set of different capabilities that can
operate separately or together to implement any current integration use case or
future. Large organizations must seek a way to optimize their
integration projects. Whether through mergers and acquisitions, regular changes in your
architecture or simply to be more efficient in their integration projects.

More and more companies are relying on modern interfaces, especially REST APIs, to create
integrations or applications. The proliferation of REST APIs makes it absolutely necessary
the use of a building block of central government.

Within SAP Integration Suite, that would be SAP API Management.

SAP API Management provides:

Security (who has access to which API)
Mediation (add, delete, modify payload information or metadata)
Traffic management (protect your API from attacks or sudden spikes in requests)
Analytics (see who is using which API and to what extent)
Documentation (provide information about your APIs in a simple way)
API Management is based on a request-response pattern in which you configure 'policies'
predefined to run during an API call.

But SAP API Management also comes with a 'Developer Portal' (API Business Hub
Enterprise) that is consumer-oriented and provides:
Documentation
Testing capacity
Code fragments
subscription capacity

This allows for very simple interaction with developers or integration experts.
what they need to use these APIs.

it is important to support them on their journey to the cloud. One of the milestones on that path is to rethink the
way of making integration, that is. to transition to modern tools that
they provide all the capabilities required in a cloud-oriented and API-driven world.
SAP Integration Suite offers a way to make a smooth transition between SAP Process
Integration (SAP PI) and SAP Cloud Integration.

This journey begins with the SAP migration assessment that allows customers to estimate
the technical efforts involved in the process of migrating from SAP PI to SAP Cloud
Integration. But it also assesses whether and how various integration scenarios can be migrated.
This is done through the extraction and evaluation of design time artifacts
