of card delivery at branch address, after which the card shall be HOTLISTED /

How to be safe when using your Debit Card at ATM & POS.
1. Never keep your ATM Card & PIN together.
2. Do not write down or disclose your PIN number to anyone.
3. In the ATM while entering your PIN number, cover the keypad to avoid

5. Once you have memorized the CVV number of your ATM Card, please erase /

STEP 3-
Customers applying for new ATM Card, will receive a welcome kit. The welcome kit contains a welcome letter along with the ATM Card.
The activation slip is provided in the welcome letter. On receipt of the welcome kit, customer must approach the respective branch
and submit the activation slip to activate the ATM Card. Without the activation slip the card will not be activated. On receiving the
activation slip branch will activate the card in Finacle 10 CBS. After activation of the card in Finacle 10 CBS, cardholder can set ATM PIN,

What is the time required to deliver a Debit card?
After application of a fresh card within 15 days it will be delivered to the customer’s
address.
How to generate OTP other than PNB ATM ?
For green PIN OTP of WBGB DEBIT CARD sms – DCPIN<space> Card No to 8505806500
(e.g- DCPIN 6080333311112222) . With this 6 digit OTP validate it PNB ATM and generate
PIN.
What should I do if cash is debited but not dispensed ?
Contact WBGB’s customer helpline no- 1800 180 7777 and lodge an online complaint
giving proper details( don’t share PIN number) or you can also lodge a complaint in
nearest WBGB Branch, or branches can send mail at -
[email protected] How can I set Debit Card pin if I forgot?
Active debit card pin can be set online through WBGB website or any PNB ATM or through
mobile banking & internet banking platform.
What is my ATM free limit?
5 transaction per month at PNB ATM and 3 transaction per month at others ATM (including
financial & non- financial transaction)
How can I block my debit card if my card lost / fraudulent transaction happen?
