3. Filter medium shall be Fossil Rock  , installed and
maintained in accordance with manufacturer
specifications.
4. Storage capacity reflects 80% of maximum solids
collection
prior to impeding filtering bypass.
5. Inspections shall be frequent. Maintenance, repair, and
replacement shall be made promptly, as needed. The
filter shall be removed when the area draining toward
the inlet has been stabilized.
