women build confidence, strength, and longevity
I’m also a wife, and Jesus-led mama walking through menopause
myself in my 40s.

STEP ONE: OPEN YOUR DRAINAGE PATHWAYS
(7–14 DAYS prior to starting)
Why it matters:
Before you detox, your drainage and detox organs (liver, colon,
lymph, kidneys) need to be open and supported so toxins can exit
instead of recirculating in your body.
What to do:
💧 Drink clean, mineral-rich water daily (aim for half your
body weight in ounces).
Filtered or hydrogen water is best. DON’T DRINK TAP WATER. (full
of toxins)
(I use a third-party tested, NSF-certified system that’s been trusted
for over 50 years. It removes >99% of toxins, while keeping vital
minerals intact so your detox isn’t undone by the water you’re
drinking.)

🚶♀️ Move your body : strength training, rebounding, or light
cardio supports lymph flow.
🚽 Aim for at LEAST one bowel movement per day.
Extra support if needed:
Coffee enemas (support liver detox)
Sauna sessions (sweat out toxins)
Detox baths (Epsom salts + clay)
Coach’s Tip:
You don’t need to do everything on here before you start but you
must be eliminating daily!
Focus on clean water, daily movement, and elimination.
You will also continue these practices alongside your detox.

STEP TWO: HEAVY METAL DETOX
(6-8 weeks BEFORE starting the full parasite cleanse )
Parasites are masters at hide and seek, they hide behind heavy metals like
mercury, lead, and aluminum in your body! You need to get rid of their
hiding places
As well, if you skip this step, killing parasites later can then release stored
toxins back into your system, making you feel sick.
This is where people get die off symptoms. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO
HAPPEN
Removing metals first makes your body inhospitable and prepares it for a
safe parasite cleanse
What to use: (TAKE these binders together)
Liquid Zeolite (clinoptilolite) – binds toxins in the gut
Dose: 4 drops, 3x daily

Take these for 6–8 weeks minimum (you will also CONTINUE

STEP THREE: PARASITE CLEANSE
(Start this between weeks 6-8 after doing the heavy metal
detox. This portion will be 3 weeks long, done TWICE)
Once metals are being safely pulled out, your body is ready to target parasites
without overwhelm or intense die-off.
What to use:
You want to use three herbs taken TOGETHER which are
Clove, Wormwood, and Black Walnut Hull.
These have been used for centuries to eliminate parasites in ALL of their

How long:

A good guideline is 1–1.2g of protein per pound of bodyweight daily.
Without this, your body simply won’t have what it needs to grow and
recover
