The operational standards and quality characteristics of the
products are defined for each stage of the process.

sanitary and administrative systems aimed at ensuring safety
and the hygiene of each of the processes.
It is also important to mention that BIMBO is channeling
efforts and resources to certify certain processes under the standard
ISO 9001. Currently has several operations with
certifications validated by international organizations.

At GRUPO BIMBO, it is known that the training of its personnel is

equivalent to an average of 8.7 hours per collaborator with a
investment of over 270 million pesos.
As for human rights training, it refers to,
a total of 104,994 hours of CUSUPE (course of
personal development), globally, to administrative staff and
operational, supervisors, executives and directors.
