I - MAIN MENU

To access the Terminal menu, we will press the "Menu" key.


When accessing the Menu, it may ask us to enter the fingerprint if we have registered as
Administrator or Supervisor. In this case, the text 'Access. Adm.' will appear on the Display.

II.I - RECORD USR

Option only available at Fingerprint terminals.

Through this option, we record the fingerprints of each User. We can only record
fingerprint, only Password or Fingerprint or Password.

II.II - RECORD PWD

II.IV - ADMIN RECORD

When recording the Administrator fingerprint, the Terminal asks us for the type of Administrator. This type
can be 'Admin', 'Supervisor', and 'Recorder'. The highest privileges are held by the 'Supervisor', who
allows all options of the Terminal.
With the 'Administrator' option, it will be possible to save and delete 'User' fingerprints.
"Recorders" and "Administrators", as well as having access to all general and
Terminal configuration.
With the "Recorder" option, you will only have access to record and delete fingerprints of other users (No
Administrators) and to view specific information from the system.

Trust Adm.
By pressing the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys, we will be selecting the
ESC type of Administrator (Supervisor, Admin, and Recorder).

II.V - DELETE

Through this option we will be able to delete a user's traces, as well as the user code.

III.II GRABAR ADMIN

The administrator recording menu is identical to the user recording menu, except that after

IV - USB MANAGEMENT

• Download Data:we will download the signings that are stored in the Terminal's memory
It is recommended to periodically delete records from the Terminal, as this
the signings are not deleted, it only makes a copy of them.

• User download:make a copy of the registered users on the Terminal.

• User Load:we will load from the PenDrive (as long as we have made a copy of
users). If we have more than one team, all employees can be registered in a
same team and through this function pass them to the remaining terminals:
USB Management → Charge Usr.

Regarding the other functions that the Terminal has, we will only study those that are
interesting for configuration purposes. However, if you wish to know more about any feature, do not
contained in the manual, you can contact your nearest distributor or directly with the
manufacturer.

V.III – COMMUNICATION OPTIONS (Comm. Options)

V.V – ACCESS OPTIONS (Access Options)

Through this function, you will be able to configure the zones, groups... to then assign it to
