Introduction of the event titled “Coding Demon: Speed Programming Challenge”. The event was
Event designed to test the logical thinking, problem-solving, and programming
efficiency of students under time-bound conditions. Such events play a crucial role
in preparing students for competitive programming contests, technical
interviews, and hackathons in the IT industry.

The Coding Demon: Speed Programming Challenge was structured into
multiple rounds:
1.​ Preliminary Round (Screening Test):
o​ A set of MCQs on programming fundamentals, algorithms,
Brief Description of and data structures.
the event o​ Top-performing students were shortlisted for the coding
rounds.
2.​ Coding Round 1 (Basic Problems):
o​ Participants solved beginner to intermediate-level problems
using C, C++, Java, or Python.
o​ Problems tested logical reasoning and debugging skills.
3.​ Final Round (Advanced Speed Programming):
o​ Challenging problems involving algorithms, data
structures, dynamic programming, and real-life scenarios
were given.
o​ Participants were judged on accuracy, efficiency of code,
and execution time.
The event was conducted on [specify platform e.g.,
HackerRank/CodeChef/University’s own platform] with real-time
monitoring and leaderboard updates to maintain excitement.
The top three winners were awarded certificates of merit and recognition
during the closing ceremony.
