1 Introduction
This device runs on the Android operating system, it is so versatile. Whether you are
teaching in class, discussing your idea in meeting or playing a fun game, it is a powerful
way to get it done.

1.1 Turn the machine on


Press the power button in front of the panel or on the remote control to turn the
machine on and access the home screen instantly as shown in Fig. 1-1.

1.2 Turn the machine off


Press and hold the power button in front of the panel or press the power button on
the remote control, the shutdown window appears, the machine will shut down in 10
seconds. Press “OK” button to confirm shutdown or press “Cancel” button to cancel
shutdown as shown in Fig. 1-2.

1.3 Turn the screen off
You can turn the screen off when you are not using the machine. Press the power
button in front of the panel to turn the screen off. To turn on the screen, press the
power button again.

1.4 App drawer

Tap at the bottom middle to access an app drawer. The app drawer is a menu
containing all the applications installed on the device. Choose an app you want to
open as shown in Fig. 1-3.

2 Sidebar

Tap or on both sides to launch the sidebar as shown in Fig. 2-1.

The sidebar includes three levels.

a) The upper level of the sidebar is general keys where includes Back key, Home
key and recent tasks.
b) The middle level of the sidebar is shortcuts of apps where can be customized 4
shortcuts of apps maximum.
c) The lower level of the sidebar is tools where can be customized 4 tools
maximum.

2.1 Back key

Tap to return to the last operating interface.

2.2 Home key

Tap to return to the home screen.

2.3 Recent tasks

Tap to launch the recent task. You can quickly switch from one app to
another. Swipe up or down to find the app that you want to use. Also tap “Clean
All” to force quit all apps.

2.4 Note shortcut

Tap to open Note whiteboard. You can write, erase, select objects and so on.
For details, please check “3 Note”.

2.5 Finder shortcut

Tap to launch the finder that provides a user interface to manage files and
folders. For details, please check “4 Finder”.

2.6 App drawer

Tap to launch app drawer on the sidebar. Drag and drop an app from app drawer
to the middle level of the sidebar to customize the shortcuts as shown in Fig. 2-2.
Long press an app shortcut on the sidebar to remove the shortcut as shown in Fig.
2-3.

2.7 Annotation tools

Tap to launch the annotation tools bar as shown in Fig. 2-4. It includes pen,
brush, gesture erasing, clean, save, share, cloud and close. Press and hold the bar
to move. When the Note whiteboard is being used, this function is unavailable.

a) Pen. Write and note on the screen directly. Tap to change the pen color to red,
black, blue or green.

b) Brush. Tap and highlight the contents on the screen you want. Tap again to
change the brush color to yellow, orange, blue or green.

c) Clean. Tap to erase all annotation; or put your palm on the screen for gesture
erasing.

d) Save. Tap to save the current annotation on local storage.

e) Share. Tap to generate a QR code for sharing the current annotation. The
contents sharing by the QR code reserves around 7 days.

f) Cloud. Tap to upload the current annotation to your Google Drive or


OneDrive.

g) Close. Tap to exit the annotation tools.

2.8 Common settings

a) Sidebar. Tap to launch Common settings. You can switch to different


channels such as PC (not included), Android, HDMI, Type C or VGA. Also
adjust brightness and volume of the device. As shown in Fig. 2-5.

b) Use gesture. Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to launch the

c) Remote control. Press the “Input” button on the remote control to launch the
Common settings.

d) Advance settings. Tap at the top right-hand corner to enter the advance
settings for Audio, Screen, Display and Adjust as shown in Fig. 2-7.

2.9 More tools


Tap to launch the More tools including Freeze, Spotlight, Timer, Stopwatch,
Pop Quiz, ScreenLock, Crop, Record and Cast. Tap “Edit” at the top right-hand

corner to customize the lower level of the sidebar as shown in Fig. 2-8 & Fig. 2-9.

2.9.1 Freeze

Tap to freeze the screen, and at the same time zoom in or out the current
screen. As shown in Fig. 2-10.

a) Zoom +. Tap to zoom in the current screen.

b) Zoom -. Tap to zoom out the current screen.

c) Full-screen. Tap to return to the original size of the screen.


d) Close. Tap to exit the screen freezing.

2.9.2 Spotlight
Tap to launch the Spotlight, as shown in Fig. 2-11. The spotlight is used to
focus of attention on a particular object.

a) Use gesture. Place a finger on the screen to move the spotlight, or pinch with
two fingers on the screen to adjust the size of the spotlight.

b) Setting. Tap to pop up the setting window, as shown in Fig. 2-12.

• Zoom. Adjust the size of the spotlight.


• Clarity. Adjust the transparency of the sheltered part.
• Exit. Tap to exit the spotlight.

2.9.3 Timer

a) Tap to launch the Timer, as shown in Fig. 2-13.


b) Tap the “Start” button to count down, as shown in Fig. 2-14. Tap the “Pause”
button to pause the timer. Tap the “Reset” button to reset the time.

2.9.4 Stopwatch

a) Tap to launch the Stopwatch, as shown in Fig. 2-15.


b) Tap the “Start” button to measure lap times. Tap the “Lap” button to record the
lap times, as shown in Fig. 2-16. Tap “Pause” to pause the Stopwatch.

2.9.5 Pop Quiz


Pop Quiz as a Classroom Response System for BYOD classroom, teachers can
pose questions to students, collect students’ answers electronically, generate a chart
of student responses and saving the statistic.
a) Tap to launch the Pop Quiz as shown in Fig. 2-17. And tap at the top
right-hand corner to show a QR code as shown in Fig. 2-18. Students either type
the URL and input the room number into a browser or scan the QR code by their
own devices to join the class.

b) Teacher taps the “Enter” button to launch the menu bar after students join the
class as shown in Fig. 2-19.

2.9.5.1 Voter

a) Questions. Tap for multiple choice questions. Select “Single choice” or


“Multiple choice” as shown in Fig. 2-20.

b) Answer. Tap the “Begin” button to start answering question. If students submit
the answer successfully, their name will be displayed as shown in Fig. 2-21.

c) Result. Tap the “Finish” button to end answering question and generate a chart
of student responses as shown in Fig. 2-22.

d) Details. Choose the right answer(s), the color of the chart will be changed. Tap
the bar chart to check the details if necessary. As shown in Fig. 2-23.
Tap “Voter” again to move on to the next question. The Pop Quiz keeps
accumulating the answers statistics until you exit this application.

e) Save the answers statistics. Tap at the top right-hand corner to save the
answers statistics in .xls format and be used for the purpose of analysis.

2.9.5.2 Responder

Tap to lunch the responder. Tap the “Start” button for quick answer race as
shown in Fig. 2-24. Students can respond by tapping the “Be fast” key on their
own devices.

2.9.5.3 Selector

Tap to launch the selector. Teacher can set number of persons to be picked
randomly and tap “Start” to pick as shown in Fig. 2-25 & Fig. 2-26.

2.9.5.4 Message

Tap to turn the message function on. Students can send messages by their
own devices to the screen as shown in Fig. 2-27 & Fig. 2-28. Teacher can turn off
the message function anytime.

2.9.5.5 Manager

Tap to show the URL, room number and QR code for the current class again
as shown in Fig. 2-29.

2.9.5.6 Exit

Tap to exit the Pop Quiz.

2.9.6 ScreenLock

Tap to launch the ScreenLock. You have to set password for the first time as
shown in Fig. 2-30.

If you set the password before, the screen will be locked. Please input the password
to unlock the screen as shown in Fig. 2-31.

2.9.7 Crop

Tap to launch the Crop tool, you can crop the current screenshot and insert it to
the Note whiteboard for further elaboration.

2.9.8 Record

Tap to launch the Record tool, you can record the screen.

2.9.9 Cast
Tap to launch a mirroring app.

3 Note

Tap on the home screen or tape to open the Note app, as shown in Fig. 3-1.

a) New. Tap to create a new whiteboard file.


b) Open. Tap to find and select the file you want to open in .enb format.
c) Save. Tap to save the current file in .enb format.
d) Import. Tap to import the IMG, PDF, SVG format to the whiteboard as shown
in Fig. 3-3.

e) Export. Tap to export the current file in IMG, PDF, SVG, or IWB format as
shown in Fig. 3-4.

f) Cloud Storage. Tap to upload the current file to Google Drive and OneDrive
directly.

g) Theme. Tap to switch the current page’s theme as shown in Fig. 3-5. Default
color of the background is black.

h) Send Email. Tap to send an email with the current file to recipients.

i) Setting. Tap to go to the setting for the Note.

3.2 Exit
Tap to exit the Note. It will display warning before leaving if the file is unsaved.
Recovering an unsaved file will be asked next time if the Note was closed
accidentally.

3.3 Share
Tap to generate a QR code to share the current file. The contents sharing by the
QR code reserves around 7 days.

3.4 List
Tap to check the saved enb files in the local storage or flash USB drive.

3.5 Selection
Tap and select objects on the current page as shown in Fig. 3-6.

a) Use gesture. Place a finger on the screen to move the selected object; or pinch
with two fingers on the selected object to zoom in or out; or touch the dot on top

to rotate it.

b) Color. Change the selected object’s color.

c) SmartWhite. Recognize English words for the selected object.

d) Search. Search the selected object in web search engine.

e) Flip. Flip the selected object vertical or horizontal.

f) Clone. Copy and paste the selected object on the current page.

g) Delete. Delete the selected object.

3.6 Pen

Tap to launch the pen setting as shown in Fig. 3-7. Define pen types, stroke and
color for the dual pen as shown in Fig. 3-8.

a) Dual Pen. Tap or to set different tip of pen.

b) Pen. Including pencil, brushes and sketch recognition pen. Pencil is set by default.

c) Stroke thickness. Slide the bar to change from thin to thick strokes.

d) Pen color. Select the pen color.

3.7 Eraser
a) Use gesture. Just put your palm on the screen and erase directly; or

b) Tap to select the eraser and erase the object you want.

3.8 Clean All
Tap to clear the current page.

3.9 Ruler
Tap and select ruler, set square or protractor as shown in Fig. 3-9.

3.10 Shape
Tap and select a 2D or 3D geometric shape and color to draw as shown in Fig.
3-10.

3.11 Table
Tap to insert a table, select the row or column in the table.

3.12 Mind Map


Tap to insert a mind map.

3.13 Sticky Notes


Tap to insert a sticky note.

3.14 Preview
Tap and place a finger on the screen to move the page. Pinch with two fingers on
the screen to zoom in or out. Double taps the “Preview” button to see the whole
picture of the current page. Move the dotted line box to browse the page if
necessary.

3.15 Grid
Tap to insert a grid.

3.16 Undo
Tap to return to the previous step.

3.17 Redo
Tap to redo something you've undone.

3.18 Adding page


Tap to add a new page.

3.19 Previous page


Tap the button to return to the previous page. If the current page is the first
page, the button is not available.

3.20 Pagination

Tap to load the thumbnail of all pages. Tap the thumbnail to display the
page you want.

3.21 Next page


Tap the button to turn to the next page of the current page. If the current page
is the last page, the button is not available.

4 Finder

Tap on the home screen or tap to launch the Finder as shown in Fig. 4-1. It
is a file browser to manage files on the local storage such as documents, videos,
pictures, and audios. In addition, it can also identify external flash USB drive.
Furthermore, cloud drive can be accessed if you log in your Google Drive or
OneDrive.

4.1 Layout
Default layout is “Grid”, tap “List” to change the view if necessary. As shown in
Fig. 4-2.

4.2 Sort
Tap to sort, you can sort the items by name, time, size or type as shown in
Fig. 4-3. Default sort by name.

4.3 Select
Tap to enter selection mode, you can perform on files or folders including
selecting, copying, pasting, cutting, deleting, renaming as shown in Fig. 4-4.

a) Select. Tap the items you want to select in the current folder as shown in Fig. 4-5.

b) Select all. Tape to select all items in the current folder as shown in
Fig. 4-6.

c) Cancel. Tap to cancel all items you have selected in the current folder.
d) Copy. Tap to copy the selected items in the current folder.
e) Paste. Tap to paste the items you have copied or cut in any folder you want.
f) Cut. Tap to cut the selected items in the current folder.
g) Delete. Tap to delete the selected items in the current folder.
h) Rename. Tap to rename the selected item in the current folder.
i) Send. If you have connected a USB flash drive to the machine, tap and choose
“Device”, the system will copy and paste the selected items from the current folder
to the root directory of the USB flash drive directly.

4.4 Create
Tap “Create” to create a new folder in the current directory as show in Fig. 4-7.

4.5 Search
Tap the search bar at the top right-hand corner, input the item’s name you want to
search in the current folder as shown in Fig. 4-8.

5 Settings
Tap on the home screen to launch setting menu as shown in Fig. 5-1. You can set
and check including wireless & networks, personal, input & output, application,
system and about.

5.1 Wireless & networks


Set whether to enable the Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Hotspot, Bluetooth, VPN.

5.2 Personal
Set the wallpaper, swipe up option at the bottom, multi-window mode, SystemBar
icon name, account.

5.2.1 Wallpaper
Set the wallpaper on the home screen.

a) Default wallpapers. Tap > ”Personal” > “Wallpaper” and change to the
default wallpapers inside the OS.
b) Landscape wallpapers. Press and hold the center on the home screen to launch the
edit mode, then tap “WALLPAPERS” button to launch the landscape wallpapers
inside the OS as shown in Fig. 5-2. Select a wallpaper and Tap “Set wallpaper”
button to finish.

a) Custom wallpaper. Open a picture you want to set to wallpaper, then tap the
picture to launch the edit mode. Tap “Settings” > “Set to wallpaper” as shown in
Fig. 5-3.

5.2.2 Multi-Window mode


Enable the multi-window mode to allow you to open and use more Android apps at
the same time but may consume much more system memory. You need to restart
the device to apply this change as shown in Fig. 5-4.

a.) Show windows side by side. Drag one of the windows by its title bar to the middle
edge on the screen, then a blue frame appears as shown in Fig. 5-5 and drop the
window to fill that side of the screen. Do the same thing on the other side of the
screen to begin using both windows side by side as shown in Fig. 5-6.

b.) Split screen between four windows. Drag one of the windows by its title bar to a
corner edge of the screen, then a blue frame appears as shown in Fig. 5-7 and drop
the window to fill that corner of the screen. Do the same thing on the other corners
of the screen to begin using split screen between four windows as shown in Fig.
5-8.

5.3 Input & Output


Set the touch sound, sound output, input devices’ name, HDMI out display format,
Type-C display format.

5.4 Application
Manage app permissions on the machine and uninstall any app.

5.5 System
Set date & time, language & keyboard, lock screen password, startup & shutdown,
pixel shift, email, security. Also check the storage and system update.

5.5.1 Startup & Shutdown


Set a schedule to manage the startup & shutdown for this machine as shown in Fig.
5-9.

5.5.2 System update


Check for update the latest version as shown in Fig. 5-10.

5.5.3 Security - Unknown sources


This device allows to install apps from unknown sources if an APK is downloaded
from a third-party. Tap “Settings” > “Security” and enable “Unknown sources”, a
security warning window pops up, press “Confirm” if you accept the risk as shown
in Fig. 5-11.

5.6 About
Check information of the device such as model number, android version, serial
number.

6 Visualizer
When a visualizer is connected to this machine, tap to launch the visualizer app
as shown in Fig. 6-1. This app includes annotation, snapshot, adjustment, multi-view
demonstrations.

a.) Mark. Tap to launch the annotation tool.


b.) Adjustment. Tap to adjust the size, scaling, rotation, type and so on.
c.) Snapshot. Tap to take a shot for the current document.
d.) View. Tap to launch the split view. Split the view into 2 or 4 for comparison of
the snapshot as shown in Fig. 6-2 & Fig. 6-3.

7 Picture in picture (PIP)


When a PC is connected to this machine via HDMI, Type-C, VGA or PC modular,

you can perform picture in picture to display and touch the PC in android. Tap
to launch the PIP app as shown in Fig. 7-1, select the input source to display. Connect
the PC to this machine using a USB touch cable as well, tap “Touch” to enable the
touch function. Use this app together with other apps for multitasking in multi-
windows mode.

8 Browser
When the machine connects to the internet. Tap on the home screen or tap to
open a web browser for accessing the World Wide Web.

9 Cloud drive

Tap to manage the Cloud Drive. Log in or log out your accounts for Google
Drive or OneDrive.

10 Keeper

Tap to launch the Keeper app as shown in Fig. 10-1. You can optimize memory
usage and clean trash on Android.

a) One Key Optimize. Tap to optimize memory usage and clean the
disk trash on Android.

b) Memory Clean. Tap to optimize the memory usage on Android as shown in


Fig. 10-2.

d) Info. Tap to view the system version information of the machine.

e) Exit. Tap to exit the Keeper.
