Part 1: Welcome and Opening

ME: A very good morning, esteemed colleagues, dedicated educators, and welcome to our Teacher's
Orientation Programme S.Y. 2025-2026! What a joy it is to see so many bright and passionate faces here
today, ready to embark on another exciting academic year.
(Pause for applause)

ME: My name is Rhoda Mae A. Pablo, and I have the distinct honor of being your host for today's event.
We are gathered here at Mother Regina School to equip ourselves, connect with each other, and ignite
the spark that drives us to shape young minds. We believe that by empowering you, our incredible
teachers, we empower our students, our school, and ultimately, our future.

Part 2: Prayer and National Anthem

ME: To formally commence our program and invite blessings upon our gathering, may I request everyone
to please stand for our Invocation, to be led by [Name of Invocation Leader/Designation], followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
(Play music for Invocation, then the Philippine National Anthem. Once finished, dim lights slightly for a
smooth transition.)
HOST: Please be seated. Thank you, [Name of Invocation Leader], for that meaningful opening. And thank
you all for your heartfelt participation.

Part 3: Words of Welcome & Vision

HOST: Now, to officially welcome us and set the tone for today's orientation, it is my absolute pleasure to
introduce a leader who inspires us all. Please join me in giving a warm round of applause for our
esteemed School Principal, [Principal's Name]!
(Principal walks to the podium amidst applause.)
PRINCIPAL: (Delivers a welcoming address, emphasizing the school's vision, goals for the year, and the
importance of the teachers' role. Keep it inspiring and relatively concise.)
(Principal finishes, receives applause, and returns to their seat.)
HOST: Thank you, [Principal's Name], for those inspiring words. Your vision truly guides us.

Part 4: Icebreaker Activity

HOST: Before we dive into the nitty-gritty, let's inject a little energy and get to know each other better!
We're going to play a quick game called "Two Truths and a Lie."
(Explain the game: Each teacher will share three statements about themselves, two of which are true and
one is a lie. The rest of the group tries to guess the lie. You can either call on a few volunteers or have
people discuss in small groups.)
HOST: Who's brave enough to go first? Don't be shy!
(Facilitate the icebreaker for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring a few people share and there's laughter and
engagement.)
HOST: That was fantastic! It's amazing what we learn about each other when we step outside the
classroom. I hope you've all had a chance to connect with new and familiar faces.

Part 5: Keynote Address Introduction

HOST: Now, we move to a highly anticipated segment of our program. We are incredibly fortunate to
have with us today a distinguished speaker who will share valuable insights on [mention general topic of

Our keynote speaker, [Keynote Speaker's Name], is a renowned expert in the field of education. [He/She]

Today, [Keynote Speaker's Name] will be speaking on "[Title of Keynote Speech]". Please join me in giving
a thunderous round of applause to [Keynote Speaker's Name]!
(Keynote Speaker walks to the podium amidst enthusiastic applause.)
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: (Delivers their address.)
(Keynote Speaker finishes, receives applause. HOST returns to podium.)
HOST: Thank you, [Keynote Speaker's Name], for that truly enlightening and thought-provoking address.
Your words have given us much to ponder and apply in our classrooms.

Part 6: Program Proper (Breakout Sessions/Presentations)

HOST: We've had a wonderful start, and now it's time to delve into the specifics of the new academic
year. We have a series of informative sessions planned, designed to provide you with essential updates
and resources.
(Briefly explain the structure of the next part of the program. This could be a series of short presentations
from department heads, a panel discussion, or breakout sessions.)
HOST: First up, we have [Name/Department] who will discuss [topic].
(Continue introducing each speaker/session as per your agenda.)

Part 7: Open Forum / Q&A

HOST: We've covered a lot of ground today, and now we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to
ask questions, clarify any uncertainties, and share your thoughts.
(Open the floor for questions. Facilitate the Q&A, ensuring everyone gets a chance to speak and questions
are addressed effectively. You might have a panel of administrators or department heads present to
answer questions.)
HOST: Are there any questions or points you'd like to raise?

Part 8: Closing Remarks

HOST: As our orientation program draws to a close, I want to express our sincere gratitude to each and
every one of you for your active participation and enthusiasm today. Your dedication to your craft is truly
commendable.
This orientation has been a stepping stone, a fresh start, and a reminder of the vital role you play in

are a team, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Let's make this year our best one yet!

Part 9: Photo Opportunity & Departure

HOST: Before we conclude, we'd love to capture this moment. May I invite all our teachers to gather at
the front for a group photo!
(Facilitate the photo taking.)
HOST: Thank you all once again for being here. You are now free to enjoy the rest of your day. We look
forward to seeing the incredible impact you'll make in the classrooms!
