Dear Innovators,
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our Innovation & Technology Challenge
(HACKATHON), a platform to bring your creative ideas, technical skills, and problem-
solving mindset to life. This event is designed to encourage out-of-the-box thinking, foster
collaboration, and create impactful solutions for real-world challenges.
🔍 Evaluation Criteria
Your projects will be assessed by our expert panel of judges based on the following key
factors:
F1. Innovation & Creativity – Novelty of idea & creative problem-solving
F2. Technical Feasibility – Complexity, feasibility, and scalability
F3. User Experience & Design – UI/UX, accessibility, and inclusivity
F4. Impact & Usefulness – Problem-solution fit, potential impact, and multiple use cases
F5. Technical Execution – Prototype, code quality, and technology stack
F6. Sustainability & Future Scope – Long-term viability & eco-friendly practices
F7. Presentation & Communication – Clarity, pitch effectiveness, and Q&A handling
F8. Collaboration & Teamwork – Team dynamics & problem-solving approach
F9. Business Viability (if applicable) – Market potential, revenue model, and affordability
F10. Security & Privacy – Data protection & compliance with privacy regulations
Guidelines to students:
1. Every team must consist of SIX members with at least one female member.
2. One team can select maximum two problem statements.
3. Presentation template as per the format
4. Each team will be given only 7 mins for presentation + 3 mins for Q & A for each
problem statement.
