1. Payment in advance must be paid for confirmation.

2. The quoted budget covers only the initial server setup and configuration.

3. Any additional requirements, modifications, or iterations beyond the agreed


scope will incur extra charges.

4. Issues such as server malfunction, data loss, or security breaches fall outside
our responsibility.

5. Support and services will be provided at no cost for 30 business days


between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm once rolled out.
