Advisory Circular
Dear Parents,
Greetings!

This is to bring to your attention certain important guidelines regarding the wellbeing and conduct of children in
school. These reminders are shared to ensure consistency between home and school practices:

1. Food & Hygiene

• Parents are requested to educate children and help them develop the habit of observing food discipline during
meals—sitting properly, avoiding talking while eating, eating at a normal pace, and chewing food thoroughly.
• Children should be encouraged to eat independently, without reliance on being fed by adults, as this fosters
confidence, responsibility, and self-care.
• Sharing food appropriately and practicing mindful eating in a group setting helps children build respect for
others, develop social skills, and cultivate healthy eating habits.
• Parents are requested to avoid sending junk food or packaged items in tiffins, in line with the school’s efforts
to promote healthy eating habits.

2. Medical & Safety

• Parents are strictly advised not to send children to school when they are unwell, even if assessments or
important classes are scheduled. Rest and recovery are essential for the child’s health and to prevent the
spread of illness.
• In case of a medical concern observed and reported by the school’s trained medical staff, parents are requested
to promptly attend calls from school authorities and coordinate to take the child home as advised. The school
shall not be held responsible for any delay or complication arising due to non-responsiveness, late response, or
non-adherence to medical advice.
• Food allergies and any existing medical conditions must be updated and clearly communicated to the class
teacher, school coordinator, and reception in writing, along with supporting medical advice where applicable.
In addition, parents are requested to fill out the Medical History & Health Condition using the Google Form
link: https://forms.gle/vMmfACrjjjDcy7ne9
Please note that this requirement is also outlined on Page 12 of the Student Handbook, and you are requested
to ensure that this page is updated and complete with all relevant details for school records and emergency
purposes.
• Parents must ensure that the student is aware of all emergency contact numbers, their blood group, and basic
health information, so that this can be promptly communicated to medical staff in case of an emergency.
• Parents are advised to save the contact numbers of the school reception, class teacher, coordinator, and wing
head, and make it a practice to attend school calls without delay. Ignoring or taking a casual approach towards
a child’s medical condition will be viewed seriously.

3. Student Discipline & Wellbeing

• Regular sleep and punctual arrival to school are strongly encouraged, as they directly affect attentiveness,
discipline, and learning outcomes.
• The school seeks the responsible support and cooperation of parents to ensure the safety, health, and overall
wellbeing of every child.

Your awareness, mindfulness, and active involvement are sincerely appreciated. Together, we can nurture responsible
habits and a safe environment for all our children.

Warm Regards
Dr Priyanka Mehta
Director Principal
